Get more skilled employees

Said they could not get at the shut off valve. I had to call a plumber, he was able to do the job, but it cost me more. I also had to get someone else to haul away the old dishwasher once the job was done.

Check adjacent drawers

Other than that the installation was prompt and installer courteous.
