The delivery and installation crew was excellent. They installed it quickly, knew what they were doing and were very professional.

My sales information said to buy all dishwasher parts needed for hooking up a new unit. I did. Then the installer said they don't change out the air gap, but they would for $80. No thanks. After the run around with the supervisor on the phone. All parts were installed as promised. Thank you persistence. You paid off.

Installation went great. The 2 guys that came were professional, friendly and very quick at the job. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one in less than an hour.

The installation personnel were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable in their work. However, the appointment window was 4-8 pm, which in itself was way too late. The staff arrived about 15 minutes past the end of the window and did not leave my house until about 10:45 pm. That's much too late to have an installation done in my home.

The refrigerator installer broke the valve to the water for the fridge. The dishwasher installer graciously fixed the valve. He went abobe and beyond the call of duty.
