High praise to the guys who installed our dishwasher. They came when they said they would, and were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were happy.

Although the installers arrived on time they did NOT have all the parts for the installation. They suggested another install date and I stated the dishwasher MUST be installed that day. I called the store to complain and the manager made sure the installers came back with everything they needed for the installation.

Install staff was great, did great job removing old dishwasher and installing new one.

Guys found out my garbage disposal was installed improperly by the previous owner and fixed it free of charge.

The installation was completed with in the timeframe given. The installer called to give an update when they would get there. Was vary pleased wth the installation.

Quick easy and courteous. The installer even let me know that my previous microwave was not venting out side properly and opened the vent which had some how gotten closed.

I chose the wrong color washer initially so I went through the process twice. The technician was very professional and they took away the old one.

Only one installer showed. Said he hurt his back and couldn't get dishwasher up the stairs (even though I told sales person kitchen is on 2nd floor). Didn't get why that was legitimate excuse. In the end they found a second person and installed in the time window they gave me, after multiple calls.

Techs came to my house on time and were Very professional and friendly
