The installer, Maurice, did the installation by himself and he is outstanding. Not only was the installation perfect, he took plenty of time to go over all the instructions with us, and made sure everything was working properly. Our sister in law came over the next day and commented what a nice job he did. She had just bought a dishwasher at an appliance store and said our installer did a better job. If you buy from Best Buy, hope you get this guy!

Installation went well. On time, quick and efficient. Overall very good experience. Would recommend them. Did not need to buy install kit . Installers took care of everything.

Love my dishwasher with the double filters. Very quiet. It functions well. Again a stainless steel finish that is hard to maintain. Installer very knowledgeable of product.

Our Geek Squad dishwasher installer was excellent. We got the install as part of a "free install promotion" With the purchase of our Bosch dishwasher. I purchased the dishwasher in the store, so they scheduled the installation at the same time (about 4 days later) He arrived on time, removed our old dishwasher, installed the new one, hauled off the old one and any packaging materials for the new one. Gave me a quick run down of how to operate and maintain the dishwasher, left some sample detergent and rinse aid. He was very courteous, polite and quick. Everything you want in an installation!!!!

The installation was done by Arnold and Justin. The were very quick and respectful and explained all of our questions. They were both professional and did a wonderful job. Arnold has done repairs in my home before and is an asset to your company. He deserves a good salary. I have faith in his work and will never use a 3third party again as a repairman or installer. Only Arnold and Justin will come into my home in the future. Thank you for the wonderful job they both did.

The two people who installed our Bosch dishwasher did a great job. They knew what they were doing, we quick, and explained everything we needed to know.

The gentleman that installed our Bosch dishwasher called the day before to let us know when he would be coming and again on the morning of install to keep up updated to his progress. Upon arrival, he took great care to not damage our custom cabinetry and stone floors. The quality of installation was much better than that of the homebuilder that had installed the machine he took out as he took the time to balance the machine and correctly mount it flush with the countertop. He also walked me through best practices and operation of the machine. Overall a very pleasant installation experience.

After coming for the 3rd time, it was finally installed. The first tim e my water line was the wrong size, the second time they said the electricity was wrong. So, I got the line & the electric fixed, they came & installed. Oh yeah, the 2nd time they came they opened up the container & the dishwasher had 2 dents, said they would order me a New one...THEY DIDN'T! So another trip to the store, got the Manager...he was awesome, had the dishwasher in 4 days.

The men who came to install my dishwasher were super professional and I have 0 complaints. They had to install an outlet which involved drilling my cabinets and they cleaned up the dust and everything before installing the new dishwasher. They explained all the functions of the dishwasher before hauling our old one away as well. Would highly reccomend.

Love the appearance and the stainless steel tub. Super quiet! Can’t even tell it is running. Very efficient and and appreciate the different rack options.
