Our install was fine. My only complaint is the dishwasher is pushed back and installed a half an inch too far making it hard to see the buttons on top. We have to bend down or push buttons on and then close to start. The dishwasher works great otherwise than said issue above.

The repair technician was great -- he ran very late bc of very complicated installs he had before, and he said that the complexities were not communicated until he arrived to install, so this is an area to improve communication with your installers. He was smart, helpful, courteous, but he must have been exhausted.

The installer did an excellent job getting the new dishwasher installed. He tested it to make sure it worked and there were no leaks.

The dishwasher we purchased was installed by an experienced crew of two men. They took out our old dishwasher and were careful not to do damage to our cabinets or floor in the process. They prepared the space for our beautiful new diswasher making sure wiring was up to date. It went in beautifully and was connected to the plumbing. It was fully tested before they left. We appreciated that they took all necessary covid safety precautions.

The gentleman that showed up to install our dishwasher was right on time, he had all of the necessary tools to install the dishwasher but struggled for at least 20 minutes trying to get it to fit, finally found out that the builder of our home had cut corners and ended up having to move an outlet to get the dishwasher to fit. The installer had to come back to finish, and he did a very awesome job.

The person who did the pluming for the dishwasher was wonderful and did a wonderful job. The new LG dishwasher is working well but I do not like the design of the door. LG should give a cheaper option with a handle on it as well. Mine is a flat design but I got this one because the price.

Polite and timely arrival. The Install team communicated clearly and completed the work very well. They showed me how to use my new dishwasher. Premier is the company that they work for and I would like them to return for any other installs.

Excellent cleaning. Very quiet. Installers did a very good job.

Our installer, Sean, was very good, and the dishwasher install went smoothly. The old was disconnected and removed, and the new installed. Some people have concerns with their dishwasher being hardwired. It was no issue here. I wish I could say the same for the gas range install, but this one was worth paying for. I have done these myself in the past and hate doing them. I was happy to have someone else get it done easily.

Installation was done by a third party just like home depot and Lowes. The installation went fine but they broke my irrigation pipe while backing up the trailer on my driveway. They accepted the fault and the owner of the installation company came twice to get the irrigation pipe fixed.

I don't always expect much out of appliance installation after what I consider a "fail" on the last two installs from Best Buy technicians, but the gentlemen who came to my house to install my new dishwasher far exceeded my lowly expectations...they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, the guy who appeared to be in charge gave me a very thorough tutorial and actually showed me how to clean out the filter rather than just telling me. He took extra time to be sure the dishwasher was seated correctly in the opening (something the previous installer failed to do). Outstanding!

The installers were very professional and efficient, having my old unit removed and the new one installed in less then an hour after arrival.

Very good technician! Everything went well and machine working fine so far.

We first ordered our dishwasher at the end of April. We had to wait till 8 May to get it installed. The people that came to install it were not able to do it correctly. So I had to call every single person. I spoke to didn’t know what the heck was going on would say things just to save face and nothing was resolved. So when I finally was able to speak to somebody locally and not in another country, I thought oh great things will happen. I was supposed to get a new replacement of the new dishwasher. So after more time goes by another appointment set, I get the call and the plumber says no I don’t have a dishwasher with me. So that one had to be canceled. And more miscommunication between the local Best Buy and the foreigners. Then I get a call that the dishwasher is out of stock. No word on when it will be back. Then finally it came in and was able to set up another time. So, the other plumbers they sent were definitely knowledgeable in setting it up with no problems. That finally happened on June 8. It runs perfect. Furthermore, we have called many times to get some kind of discount because of a two month wait that shouldn’t have happened in the first place with poor 1st installers and the company’s miscommunication with their call centers. We were given an email to contact someone to speak with, and I attempted twice to contact This person through that email about what I would expect from this long, stressful wait and nobody got back to me. So after years of several large appliance purchases we are basically treated like garbage. I will go elsewhere next time.

The techs did a fine job. They carefully removed the woodwork to remove the old dishwasher, removed it, hooked up and installed the new one, and carefully replaced the woodwork. The demo'ed the features of the new unit, showed me how to operate it, carried out the old unit and did a first-class job cleaning up after their work. Very professional, careful, and friendly.

The two guys who came to install the dishwasher did a great job - even had to put in an electrical outlet to connect the dishwasher (the old one was almost 20 years old and was hard wired. We really like our new GE Cafe two drawer dishwasher.
