The installers were great! Very professional and fast! They did an excellent job both removing my old dishwasher and installing the new one, would definitely recommend!

I believe it was a gentlemen by the name of James who performed the installation. He's very friendly and did a great job!

The techs were polite and professional. Everything was installed correctly and they left the area clean and in order. I'd use the installation service again.

The installer of the unit, was prompt and installed the dishwasher, but it was after the install was complete that items were found to be incomplete. 1) The installers left their tools and several other components from their install in cabinet under the sink. Hard to believe they didn't call back to retrieve their tools and drill bits. 2) The drain hose was not properly routed to ensure water didn't backflow into the dishwasher. I had to do that myself after issues with the dishwasher running properly. 3) The power cord is bent in such a way that it will eventually break and lose power to the unit. I will have to reroute it to ensure the continued operation of the unit. The installers only did what they needed to do. Their concern with the quality of their work was secondary.

The installation was great. The installer was fast and knowledgeable. He walked me through the product after installing and made sure I understood everything.

On time, he was polite and friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

Installation of a microwave. Damaged the inside of my cabinets and did not disclose to me. Poor follow up as well. Very disappointing

Technician was right on time and set it up so quickly. Even showed us how to use it! Def will use delivery and set up again!

Dishwasher installation was behind schedule but employee was very kind and courteous. He did a wonderful, clean job and left no mess behind.

This review contains several case numbers related to this order and another that were supposed to be delivered and installed at the same time. After being harassed to schedule the delivery, it was a no show. After several phone calls and way to much time on the phone, now we have all our appliances but the communication definitely needs vast improvements. Case: 330237631, 329212478, 331253811. There could be more case numbers with this order if the original dishwasher warranty was cancelled when a new one was ordered to replace 1 missing part. The installers said they did not want to take out the original new one because of the custom panel that may not fit as well being reinstalled on a different machine. Missed days from work and numerous phone calls with at least 20 plus minutes for each one made the free install not worth it!!!! Was told there would be compensation from Best Buy for time off work with no shows, etc. See and review the claims attached.

Delivery came on time. The installation was quick and flawless.
