Polite and timely arrival. The Install team communicated clearly and completed the work very well. They showed me how to use my new dishwasher. Premier is the company that they work for and I would like them to return for any other installs.

The installer was quick, accurate, and took the time to tell me about the dishwasher. The dishwasher has operated perfectly since then and I'm exceedingly satisfied.

The washer is very quite and holds a lot of dishes. Does no dry as well as our last dishwasher.

I chose this dishwasher from its reputation and reviews, both personal and from consumer advocates. To start, it cleans really well. I did not have to wash the dishes first, although I haven't tried it with old caked on or burnt on food. I purposely left some coffee cups with a coffee/milk ring and some dishes with only scraping, and it did clean everything totally. The interior is certainly smaller than my old one. It is harder to fit in larger pieces and pieces of different sizes and shapes, but I am making that work. I find that the dishes do not dry on their own, but I expected this too as I did not get the heated element as too many people said they have had melted plastic when using the heat. I do like that I can fill the rinse aid dispenser and it will work for several washes, then let me know when it is time to refill. The top on the silverware bin doesn't fold flat, so it takes up some room and gets in the way, but that too is minor. I like the sanitize feature, and the dishwasher has all the cycles that I find that I need. I like that it has a half load and express wash when you have things that don't really need a deep wash. I give it 4 stars because of the way the racks are built which also causes a loss of some space for certain items. They indicate it is big enough for 14 place settings. This might be true if all you are putting in is plates. If you put bowls or other pieces, you may need to skip a slot to fit them in. I do like it well enough that I have already suggested it to 2 others who have also bought it.

The Tech installed this flawlessly and perfectly. The last dishwasher I bought and the Major name brand that installed it totally messed the job up and we would up replacing it due to poor installation causing it to never really work the way it should have. Now Geek Squad,,, and Kitchen aid. Perfect and knowledgeable installation tech that showed concern as to the longevity of our dishwasher and satisfaction.

Installation was done by two very professional and pleasant employees, not contracted out as many places do. They arrived as planned on time and took time to make sure everything was installed and cleaned up after they finished. My only complaint was that I had to reschedule installation because of a prior leak from an old machine and it took three weeks before they could come for the follow up, after I repaired the wall. this was very inconvenient but the job was well done.

Replaced a 20 year old dishwasher that was barely working. Getting the old dishwasher out was challenging due to corroded pipes and water damage, but once that was done, the installation of the new dishwasher went smoothly. The installer also fixed a kink in the drain pipe that we did not know was there and was causing the old one to overflow through the relief valve into the sink. We're very pleased with the installation.

New Homeowner here, my wife bought the bosch dishwasher a few months ago and we needed to install new undersink piping. The machine was definitelt worth the wait. The installers were professional and helped us with one last thing, but overall satisfied with our purchase.

This rating is for the second installer who came out. Up to that point our experience was difficult. I had to go to Best Buy twice: the first time because the computer system to set up an installation date was not working. The second time because after it was finally installed (after having sat in my mom's house for over a week), it stopped working within three days. The next intaller did a phenomenal job, going above and beyond to make sure that it worked.

This is a great basic dishwasher that can accommodate more than I initially thought in the store. It's so much quieter than my old dishwasher that was almost triple the cost of this one.

Juan Marcos Carly (JMC) and all member of his team made an outstanding appearance. Juan Marcos found immediate perfect and fully satisfying solutions for non-existing power plug-in connection and for kitchen counter cabinet size (depth) not sufficiant at first look. He found the related electric breaker for the dish washer inside our connector box and labelled it for later use. He gave very helpful hints according to our outdated water pipes and valves installation under the sink. That gave us proof of his extraordinary technical skills. The dismounting and haul-away of the old washer was perfectly managed. We got an introduction of the functions and the operating display of our new dish washer. Over all EVERYTHING was above and beyond. GREAT gentleman! BEST service!

We recently replaced our 3 month old leaking dishwasher with a Bosch 500 Series 24" Pocket Handle Dishwasher - Stainless Steel. Absolutely love this product. Extremely quiet, cleans well and above all does not leak! The third rack is very helpful with light items that seem to get lost in other brands. Other reviews claimed the plastic cracks on the pocket handle. We have been using this for two months now and I can not see how it would crack if you use the entire handle when opening the door. This is a trim piece and opening the door by just grabbing the trim piece over time might be the reason people are having problems. Instillation by best buy was perfect.
