"Free install" doesn't always mean free install! After old dishwasher was out the door - I was told we'd need a GFI outlet installed, since dishwashers couldn't be hardwired any more. When I pushed back and showed receipt for free install - installer (who is a 3rd party - not Best Buy employee) called Supvr - we spoke and she verified free install paperwork with me and installer. They said they'd end up billing Best Buy - so fine with me. BUT - that isn't something that should have come up AFTER the old unit is already out the door! IF it's code, they knew about it at the store based on the install zip code. And, a $110 charge for what was all of 3 mins work and a $12 Home Depot part is something I would have be easily able to do myself. TO BE CLEAR - the installers were great - this was a communication issue with Best Buy!

Installation had a couple hiccups but went well enough. Installers were professional, timely, and did an excellent job. Also, installation was free with purchase.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER! The unit died after only 2 years. Now I am stuck with Samsung because it matches the rest of my appliances. Go elsewhere do not buy Samsung. Also, Best Buy customer services is useless. They could not tell me over the phone if the dimessions were the same across all Samsung dishwashers (and this is their business). The depth specs differ ever so slightly and they had to send someone out to "look at it and measure" UH NO they didn't. The technician confirmed what I suspect and all dishwashers are meant to fit a 24" counter depth. There is a plate on the back that they can remove if it needs to be adjusted by and inch+. I talked to three people at Best Buy and they couldn't tell me that. I am going to buy from an appliance store..... It's near impossible to find anything that doesn't have a touch pad.
