Love this dishwasher. Washes and dries great and is well organized. I’m able to get much more items in this washer compared to my last. I love love love the 3rd rack too. The men who installed it did a wonderful job. They were so careful with my wood floors, cabinets and granite counter tops. Very professional installation

I bought a new dishwasher at Best Buy and it was not installed correctly. The screws holding in place were crooked so it scratched the top of the dishwasher. The dishwasher wasn't balanced,so it didn't work well. Best Buy sent a new dishwasher and it was installed correctly and works perfectly. Both times the installers were very nice and professional.

these installers were prompt, neat , and seem to know their business. our install took less than an hour and the dishwasher has been working well.

Massachusetts requires the dishwasher to be plugged into a GFI outlet. No more hard wired installation. That adds $400. To the installation price.

Great product by Samsung very quite while operating. Has plenty of room and I like the way the basket has slots in it for the silver ware.

I thought it was a little strange when the installer showed up with an XPO shirt on. I was a shareholder of XPO Logisitics, and was never aware they installed dishwashers for Best Buy. BUT, these guys did an excellent job. Took my old one so I didn’t have to hassle with it. They were quick, clean, and professional!

Overall great dishwasher. Very quiet. You can load dirty dishes without pre-washing or soaking. This is the second GE dishwasher I have had. I first tried replacing it with a Bosch, and was very disappointed. Bosch does not have a heating element and my dishes would still be wet when I took them out. The 1st GE lasted 9 years I hope this one last just as long.

Happy with my Bosch Dish washer. Very quiet, dishes come out sparkling clean consistently. But I had to get the product replaced after the first installation. It stopped working within a few days because of bad installation. Pacific kitchen immediately agreed to replace but was a big struggle to coordinate with the installation team to do their job.

The dishwasher is ok but while installing it, they broke my cupboard n I sent in about it n no response from them about my cupboard but the dishwasher is ok I like it

The Install of my New dishwasher was taken care of in a efficient manner. Specifically, my new dishwasher was installed and tested and found to be defective - so they came back out removed the defective unit and successfully installed the new replacement and in it operates as required. Thanks to the service team in getting this done.

But even better was our installer, Fernando from Ace Installation,he problem solved how to make our new appliance fit into the existing space and took the extra time and care that was needed to make this a perfect purchase. Not to mention the wonderful advice and in store customer service we received!

Excellent install! We were anticipating problems as our old install was not properly done and we knew this one would be complicated. Installers came early. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. They sounded very confident that they could do the complicated install, and they did, without a hitch. We are so happy and highly recommend!

The guys who delivered and installed did their work quickly and I keep double-checking for leaks and still none!

I was told an approximate time in advance and called in the morning with more exact details. Two guys carefully brought my new dishwasher to the apartment, disconnected the old one to haul away, and performed an expert installation. They were friendly and made sure the appliance was running smoothly with no water leaks before departing.
