Great job. On time and excellent job installing our dishwasher

Did a good job. Replaced a frozen valve at plumbers' rates. Returned when we had a small leak from that valve. Pleasant to work with.

Arrived and delivered appliance precisely on time. Very quick installation. Cleaned up the entire area and took away the old machine. Very happy so far.

I had a real issue with the delivery of my dishwasher. I had to reschedule the installation for 2 weeks later. The men who did install it were great though and I love my new dishwasher.

I had an appointment, got the phone call the night before, waited around all day the next day, and no one showed up with my dishwasher the next day. This happened twice. But, the installers were great when they did show up. They were knowledgable and professional. I can't say enough good about them.

The installers where very feiendly and polite. They were very careful not to damage anything and showed and explained all the features and appliances with us.

The installation crew contracted out by Best Buy charged me $125 for a water valve which would probably cost approximately five dollars at a store certainly through their distributors. It wouldn’t be any more than that and they held me up that I either paid 125 and get that or I’m basically not gonna be able to install my dishwasher. There was a no noticeable leak prior to them installing this dishwasher from my old dishwasher but it was leaking profusely when I got home and they showed me this and told me $125. Best Buy contracts these people they represent Best Buy and they’re ripping off customers for a valve at a ridiculous price which they said they recommend this to everyone. That being the case I’m out the $125 obviously and Best Buy is out me as a continuing customer for which I have been for years spending a very large sums of money there but I will no longer be using Best Buy for my major appliance needs in the future.

Install was done quickly and about 3 days after purchase. Gentleman was polite and did a good job and came early which was a delightful surprise.

The handle on this dishwasher hinders the opening of a cabinet. He recommended a new one but showed us how to also work around it. Great care taken.

I paid $159.99 + tax to have my dishwasher reinstalled because it was crooked right to left, front to back, top to bottom. The door hit the counter top each and every time it was open and closed. So, men showed up to reinstall dishwasher and all they did was adjust some screws and call it good. The dishwasher is still crooked and not in alignment with my countertop. Sorry Best Buy, customer care is not your best on this project. I will say, when I had you install my microwave and oven everything was spot on.
