Initially, i was very hesitant to have BestBuy do the Bosch Dishwasher installation. Since they offered free delivery and installation, I decided to go with them. The installer was a true professional. He did an outstanding job installing the dishwasher and patiently explained all the features. He fixed a minor plumbing issue though it was not directly related to the dishwasher installation. He also pointed out another potential plumbing issue and recommended that I take care of it. I definitely appreciate this.

They got the job done and did a good job. The install when smooth, communications was good. I would use them again.

The installers (Best Yet Installations) did a great job, after confusion caused by the XPO Logistics scheduling. They put in a diswasher and garbage disposal, and made for a safer under sink area. They did it right, even though it pushed their day out longer than expected. Would use this company again if had the need.

Self-employed installer, not BB employee, but EXCELLENT! He had to drill holes in my floor and cupboard, was fully prepared and worked quickly and professionally! Excellent notification and keeping me updated. Gave me suggestions for best use of the dishwasher too. I hope he received the entire amount I paid BestBuy for the install! I almost didn't have it installed because of the price, but worried that warranty would not be valid if I hired someone else to install it than BB hires.

Nice and professional installers. There was an issue with Teflon not being installed the first time so there was a leak. Installers came back that day and fixed. The dishwasher was not pushed back far enough, so another installer came back the next day to fix that. Thanks for completing the job.

The installation crew was in and out in less than an hour. Everything was installed properly and professionally. Then we got a complete explanation and demonstration on the dishwasher’s operation. Job well done.

So very quiet. Love how it leaves the dishes so sparking, and does just as great on pots and pans. We purchased this dishwasher because the space in our kitchen was small after we remodel it. So we were not able to just buy any on the floor. We were told Bosch makes a small one and was ADA approved. At this point, we were happy to get one that fits. I never would have bought a Bosch, as we wanted another brand. I am so happy we did.

Don with AYS install and repairs was awesome! Our installation experience was seamless and we were pleased that Don took the time to review operation instruction questions with us and answer all of our questions. Great customer service experience.

My counter is a little lower than average. I had to hunt for a dishwasher that would fit. This was was right at the limit, but otherwise had perfect features, and... they made it work? It was tight, but they put in the effort to carefully inch it into place.

Cleans dishes as accepted. Very low noise. Large capacity that you can stack tons of dishes.

My reason for buying new appliances was because my dish washer was so loud! This LG is so quiet you don't know it's on! Also love the 3 racks!

Fantastic dishwasher! Washes and drys great. However starting it for a cycle is really challenging.

They were very professional. A previous installation crew was very much in a rush and said they install it because we didn't have the correct length in hose connect which need to be replaced. The next crew had no problem using the existing connection.

The product itself has been great.. however, the process (home delivery, disconnect and haul away of old dishwasher) has not been so great. I will preface by saying I am typically a very easy going, go with the flow and understanding person. My delivery window was set for June 1st between 7am-noon.. they called me at 5:50am and said they would arrive around 6:20am (which thankfully I was already awake). I was never told that they would/could come outside of the window so this threw me off and again, luckily I was awake. I had also paid to have my old dishwasher disconnected and hauled away. The guys who delivered the new dishwasher on June 1st said they only drop off and have nothing to do with disconnecting and haul away and that I would have to schedule a separate appointment for that to be done (which I was NEVER informed of prior to them telling me that day). I then received an email to schedule that separate appointment for disconnect/haul away. I scheduled that appointment to take place June 3rd (2 days later). On June 3rd, the person who can to my home for the appointment to disconnect and haul away the old dishwasher said that they only haul away and don’t have anything to do with the disconnect portion..they left without doing anything. I wasn’t able to call customer service for a week or so (I work 2 jobs and have two little ones so truly didn’t have time to call even though I was super upset and frustrated about the whole thing). When I called customer service on June 15th, the lady I talked to said that she would have to schedule me THREE separate appointments.. 1 for disconnect, 1 for haul away and another for installation of the new dishwasher. She scheduled the disconnect appointment 6/24 from 7-noon, the haul away for the same day (6/24) from 12-6 and installation 6/28 from 12-8. Frustrating that it had to happen in 3 separate appointments but I understand that’s how it had to happen. 6/24 the guys came in the morning to disconnect but then also ended up hauling away… which was actually nice that it happened at once rather than having someone else come out later that afternoon to haul away. However, they shut off the water to my kitchen sink and didn’t cap off the water lines so there was a pretty significant leak in my basement due to this. The guys who came to install the new dishwasher 6/28 were fantastic which was a breath of fresh air after this disaster. Again, I love the product itself but will never order an appliance from Best Buy again due to this experience.

We waited a long time for our dishwasher install (because of the pandemic), but it was worth the wait. Our installer arrived on time and worked alone. He took every safety precaution he could take. He installed the dishwasher, made sure i was level, connected correctly and running. Adter the install he gave us tips on use and cleaning as well as a training session on how to use our particular model. Excellent experiencewould recommend.

The installers were great! The maintained communication starting a few days before and on the day of installation kept me in the loop of where I was within the window. Once in my home they did a great job with the installaiton.

Technician that installed our dishwasher removed the old one and installed the new one in no time at all. Explained everything to us in detail and walked us through the different parts and wash/dry cycles for said dishwasher.

Installers did not show up within 4 hour window and no phone call from them. Got Best Buy on the phone + they handled everything. I even got a call from my store manager apologizing + removing the installation fee. My DishWasher was installed quickly + correctly later that afternoon + works perfectly. So glad I bought from Best Buy!
