Outside plumbing company installed the product. They did a great job and the installer was very personable and great to work with.

Disappointed with installer adding $89 charge to change a valve. Valve is a $7 part and took less than a minute to change. Was told this was to warranty installers work from leaks. Otherwise installers were professional did a good job.

Best Buy install is a joke. The installers Best Buy hired came out to install a new Samsung dishwasher (replacing current Samsung dishwasher) and said the waste hose was too short despite the existing dishwasher having the same length hose. They told me my current dishwasher hose was on the right side of the machine with the new dishwasher having the hose on the left. This was untrue and not sure how they would know this without first pulling out the current dishwasher. They told me contact Best Buy to purchase a hose extension and they left without looking any further at my current machine or even trying to see if the hose length would work. When I contacted Best Buy to purchase this extension (as the installers said I needed to do) they informed me that they don't sell these and that I'd need to purchase it from a home improvement store. I did this and called Best Buy to reinstall. They set me up and called me a few days prior to the new install date to confirm the date and time and sent an email confirmation as well. I then recieved a reminder call on my day of install however, no one came out. When I called Best Buy, the rep informed me there was no install scheduled (despite the calls and email to the contrary). I had to wait on the phone an hour and 20 min for the rep to get ahold of the install company to confirm they would not be out to install. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none was available. I called back on the main Best Buy number to speak to someone who could fix this and was immediately hung up on. Good job Best Buy. Looks like I'll be purchasing all my other appliances from someone else. You just lost a loyal customer for life.

The two guys that helped me with my installation was awesome. They went out of their way to also explain the ends and outs of my new fridge.
