Rather have someone that knows what there doing than me messing it up

Best Buy installers from Staten Island came out to NJ to install. No problems, they did a good job. They knew what they were doing.

The installation crew did a great job. Removed old dishwasher. Remove all packing stuff. Showed how to operate the new dishwasher. 5 Stars

Product is pk but have not used it enough to tell as it is in a second home not happy with the first crew that came to install. Said my plumbing was not up to code and probably the electric so didn’t install it. Never removed dishwasher to see electrical issue Called in plumber to update water turn off and change hose. The next installer corrected the electrical but I was told they are to take a picture of the issue for the homeowner so they know what needs to be done. Second crew were terrific give them a 10

The delivery man arrived when he said he would and had my old dishwasher out and new one in within an hour. Very happy with the service!

We were forced to buy this for the install team to use. Seems kind of silly that they don’t have the necessary tools to install the dishwasher. The install fee is high enough. I don’t think it’s right to add on.

The men that installed my dishwasher were true pros. Quality and perfection was their goal. They were polite and respectful. Impressed!

I noticed that with this Model # GDT695SBLT3TS Dishwasher, there is an included floor protect, according to the features listed on the Best Buy website.. When I asked he installers about it, they said it did not come with it. I called GE and they said that it did. The installers had the dishwasher on it's side and said there is not a floor protect on it.. GE is sending me one in the mail, and I am hoping that Best Buy comes back out to install it since I just got new wood floors and I counted on the floor protect. I would hate to see damage done if it should be leaking underneath without warning. Other than that, they seemed to be very careful as to not scratch any of the appliances or damage my granite.
