The installation process was painless. We did ask the installer to unpack the new dishwasher before pulling the old one out.

What a nightmare. I knew things were going bad when the first install guy told me I needed to buy a different cord direct from him and we could not use the cord in the package I bought from best buy - lyckly he was able to sell it to me for an additional $20. I felt like I was buying a used car and some under coating. Next as he was on the way out he handed me some 'extra' parts that he said 'were hard to install' and 'didn't really need to be there'. So I called and got a noter guy out to install that bit but he was almost worst then the first. His main focus was to get in and out as fast as possible. Not to do as good a job as possible. He kept drilling and redrilling holes into my counter top and I can't just replace the counter top if he screws that up. Fast forward a few months later and now the screws have fallen out and when ever I open the dishwasher is leans forward and then when I clost it it leans back. I will NEVER order anythign from Best Buy that requires installation. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

Install was not done correctly. Installed at a angle where the drawers slide back in when trying to load. Tried to call customer service to get this done correctly and was on hold FOREVER. Still need it fixed. I recommend the dishwasher NOT the installers.

Installation was quick and done well. Installer was knowledgeable and courteous. Operating instructions were explained and the area was left clean.

I ordered the installation of the dishwasher i purchased at BestBuy. A couple of guys came up; all were friendly and installed it in now time.
