Our dishwasher has worked fine since the install. I wanted the model with the stainless handle to match fridge. The first one didn’t have a handle so they exchanged it within a few days. Have dad good service from Best Buy and their install crews.

Nice and professional installers. There was an issue with Teflon not being installed the first time so there was a leak. Installers came back that day and fixed. The dishwasher was not pushed back far enough, so another installer came back the next day to fix that. Thanks for completing the job.

So far I’ve really enjoyed my new LG dishwasher, cleans very well, surprisingly quiet. This is not my first LG product and definitely won’t be my last.

I was told an approximate time in advance and called in the morning with more exact details. Two guys carefully brought my new dishwasher to the apartment, disconnected the old one to haul away, and performed an expert installation. They were friendly and made sure the appliance was running smoothly with no water leaks before departing.

I don't always expect much out of appliance installation after what I consider a "fail" on the last two installs from Best Buy technicians, but the gentlemen who came to my house to install my new dishwasher far exceeded my lowly expectations...they were polite, cleaned up after themselves, the guy who appeared to be in charge gave me a very thorough tutorial and actually showed me how to clean out the filter rather than just telling me. He took extra time to be sure the dishwasher was seated correctly in the opening (something the previous installer failed to do). Outstanding!

The installers came to our house to install our new dishwasher. The two gentlemen who came were very courteous and efficient in installing the product. We appreciated their expertise and wisdom in adding extra items. The only drawback was that we were not given a smaller window of time for when the installers would arrive.

The installers (Best Yet Installations) did a great job, after confusion caused by the XPO Logistics scheduling. They put in a diswasher and garbage disposal, and made for a safer under sink area. They did it right, even though it pushed their day out longer than expected. Would use this company again if had the need.

We replaced our dishwasher with a new LG model about a year ago. The guys did a terrific job. They had to do a little remodeling of the wall separating the dishwasher from the sink area to connect to the drainpipe (drilled a hole in the wall). The job took about 2-3 hours. The guys were friendly and professional. They took the old machine away and they cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, the machine has worked perfectly since it was installed. Great job!

The installer was knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond a "normal" install.

Omar was very professional and knowledgeable when installing the new dishwasher. He explained everything thoroughly. I hadn’t had the plumber put a drain in for the water so Omar had to come back once that was done. I was very glad he was able to do this since he obviously is very capable.

Everything went very well. It fit nicely under our new kitchen counter
