these installers were prompt, neat , and seem to know their business. our install took less than an hour and the dishwasher has been working well.

The guys that came to install the dishwasher were very professional very personable and came in did the job and left. No problems they had to put in a new power outlet but there were no hiccups everything went very well.

The guys who delivered and installed did their work quickly and I keep double-checking for leaks and still none!

The first installers were professional and quick, though the dishwasher was not flush with the cabinets. Best Buy sent someone from Geek Squad the next day and handled it quickly,

The Install of my New dishwasher was taken care of in a efficient manner. Specifically, my new dishwasher was installed and tested and found to be defective - so they came back out removed the defective unit and successfully installed the new replacement and in it operates as required. Thanks to the service team in getting this done.

Happy with my Bosch Dish washer. Very quiet, dishes come out sparkling clean consistently. But I had to get the product replaced after the first installation. It stopped working within a few days because of bad installation. Pacific kitchen immediately agreed to replace but was a big struggle to coordinate with the installation team to do their job.

The product itself has been great.. however, the process (home delivery, disconnect and haul away of old dishwasher) has not been so great. I will preface by saying I am typically a very easy going, go with the flow and understanding person. My delivery window was set for June 1st between 7am-noon.. they called me at 5:50am and said they would arrive around 6:20am (which thankfully I was already awake). I was never told that they would/could come outside of the window so this threw me off and again, luckily I was awake. I had also paid to have my old dishwasher disconnected and hauled away. The guys who delivered the new dishwasher on June 1st said they only drop off and have nothing to do with disconnecting and haul away and that I would have to schedule a separate appointment for that to be done (which I was NEVER informed of prior to them telling me that day). I then received an email to schedule that separate appointment for disconnect/haul away. I scheduled that appointment to take place June 3rd (2 days later). On June 3rd, the person who can to my home for the appointment to disconnect and haul away the old dishwasher said that they only haul away and don’t have anything to do with the disconnect portion..they left without doing anything. I wasn’t able to call customer service for a week or so (I work 2 jobs and have two little ones so truly didn’t have time to call even though I was super upset and frustrated about the whole thing). When I called customer service on June 15th, the lady I talked to said that she would have to schedule me THREE separate appointments.. 1 for disconnect, 1 for haul away and another for installation of the new dishwasher. She scheduled the disconnect appointment 6/24 from 7-noon, the haul away for the same day (6/24) from 12-6 and installation 6/28 from 12-8. Frustrating that it had to happen in 3 separate appointments but I understand that’s how it had to happen. 6/24 the guys came in the morning to disconnect but then also ended up hauling away… which was actually nice that it happened at once rather than having someone else come out later that afternoon to haul away. However, they shut off the water to my kitchen sink and didn’t cap off the water lines so there was a pretty significant leak in my basement due to this. The guys who came to install the new dishwasher 6/28 were fantastic which was a breath of fresh air after this disaster. Again, I love the product itself but will never order an appliance from Best Buy again due to this experience.

Excellent customer service quick and painless, works great

Overall great dishwasher. Very quiet. You can load dirty dishes without pre-washing or soaking. This is the second GE dishwasher I have had. I first tried replacing it with a Bosch, and was very disappointed. Bosch does not have a heating element and my dishes would still be wet when I took them out. The 1st GE lasted 9 years I hope this one last just as long.

They were very professional. A previous installation crew was very much in a rush and said they install it because we didn't have the correct length in hose connect which need to be replaced. The next crew had no problem using the existing connection.

Cleans dishes as accepted. Very low noise. Large capacity that you can stack tons of dishes.

Install was quick and seems to have been done well.

Installation was actually a repair as screws came loose and the dishwasher wasn’t levelled properly in the original installation 5 months ago ( by a different team). HOWEVER I was billed twice for this service - on my Best Buy card and also on my bank credit card. I had no luck getting Best Buy to respond despite calling multiple times and then being told someone would get back to me in 48 hours. Inm have turned it over to my bank now. Advice - CHECK YOUR CHARGES. If it happened to us, I'm sure it's happened to others.

In Los Angeles, Best Buy subcontracts dishwasher installation. Delivery was well organized with multiple emails from Best Buy and a phone call from the deliverers ahead of time. I deducted one star because a small mistake was made during installation so they had to come back, only to discover that the water inlet valve was not fully open. The good part was that the return visit only took two days. Overall my delivery/installation experience was positive.

So very quiet. Love how it leaves the dishes so sparking, and does just as great on pots and pans. We purchased this dishwasher because the space in our kitchen was small after we remodel it. So we were not able to just buy any on the floor. We were told Bosch makes a small one and was ADA approved. At this point, we were happy to get one that fits. I never would have bought a Bosch, as we wanted another brand. I am so happy we did.

He installed it in no time flat and created no mess while he did it.

It was good, however I would have liked the installers to ask the homeowner if they wanted a flush mount install or extruding install before doing the work. They put a cloth to make sure the movement of the old/new dishwashers did not damage the floor, and they asked me to clean and dry the dishwasher location in the time period between hauling away the old one and installing the new one. This is good because it prevents damage from standing water.

The dishwasher installation was difficult due to the way my tile floors were laid. The crew worked together very well to pull the old one out. The were careful installing the new one & getting it leveled, hooked up & working well. I appreciated their efforts.

Initially, i was very hesitant to have BestBuy do the Bosch Dishwasher installation. Since they offered free delivery and installation, I decided to go with them. The installer was a true professional. He did an outstanding job installing the dishwasher and patiently explained all the features. He fixed a minor plumbing issue though it was not directly related to the dishwasher installation. He also pointed out another potential plumbing issue and recommended that I take care of it. I definitely appreciate this.
