One reason we choose Best Buy was for what seemed at the time to be a seamless way to get a new dishwasher. As it turned out, it took 21 days to get a "working device", from the warehouse, installed in our home(at 10 pm). Initially the item was scheduled for delivery/installation 9 days from purchase and was installed on schedule. The Best Buy contractor seemed to be knowledgeable and efficient but didn't run the machine long enough to see that it wasn't getting adequate water flow. They arrived later than planned and had more jobs to complete. As it turned out the input water hose had been crimped on installation and also the side of the adjoining cabinet had been pulled out at the joint. When we tried using the dishwasher and found that it wasn't getting adequate water, we call Best Buy. After several hours of trying to get through to a person, I was connected to someone who was very helpful. She addressed my problem by scheduling someone to come out and check out the machine and bring a new one- only it required an 11 day wait. The second checkout/installation was scheduled for the 7-11 am time frame and we received several reminders to prepare for it. The day of delivery at about 9 am we received a call to say that our delivery was now scheduled for later that day, i.e. the 4-7pm time frame. The delivery team arrived at about 9:30 pm and found the problem and installed the new dishwasher and fixed the cabinet problem. This team left a contact should there be any problem. The dishwasher seems to be working okay. Issues: Delivery teams seem to have too many projects in a day which results in haste and inability to meet schedules; communication problems; delivery/work at 10:00 pm is unacceptable

The two gentlemen who installed the unit were professional, polite and lcleaned up at the end. Well worth it!

The guys came and did their thing in quick time...will hire again.

It's quiet...but that is about it. Broke four plates already! No pegs on bottom have a contour to hold plates, nothing stays up. Silverware doesn't get clean, and many other. Do yourself a favor...keep looking.

These guys were pros and really knew what they were doing. Fast, clean and politie. What more could you want?
