Lousy installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician split the wood panels of my cabinet on both sides of the dishwasher when he anchored it, because he didn't bother to make pilot holes as required in the installation manual. Even though I was required to purchase a new set of water line and power cord for the new dishwasher, the technician simply reused my old ones out of laziness. Finally, instead of fixing an access panel to the dishwasher with screws, he just leaned the panel on the dishwasher, pretending it was properly installed. The claim process with Best Buy leaves a lot to be desired as well. I needed to deal with 3 different companies for the repair. Who has time to call them all day long just to get somebody to come over to "take a look" at the damage?

My Geek Squad servicer was very nice, but talked a lot and took forever to do a task that was simpler than what I expected.
