Excellent Dishwasher, Quiet, Sleek Looking. Gets the job done.

The dishwasher is installed and working fine. Kyle kept me informed through several delays and made sure i was happy before he left. Also answered questions about the other appliances in my LG package. He communicated in a timely manner each time the install was delayed (not his fault). Even caught a damaged dishwasher as it was being loaded for delivery. So glad he caught that.

The guys installing the dishwasher were fast and efficient. They were able to answer any questions regarding the installation and use.

Quiet and cleans even the nastiest dishes clean. Where I did have issues was with the installation. After waiting most of the day, found an email from the installer saying he would not be coming. It was posted 1 hour prior to appointment and I found it 3 hours later. CalledbCustomer Service and they were right on top it, when I called and very apologetic. The dishwasher was installed the following day and I was given a gift card for my inconvenience. Will definitely buy from them again.

The team that installed our kitchen appliances did an outstanding job. We bought multiple appliances for a kitchen renovation, and the plumber who came out to connect our sink and disposal was amazed at how well the dishwasher had been installed, and he regaled us with examples of what could and had gone wrong with other people's dishwasher installations.

Dishwasher install was done quickly with no leaks or problems.

Originally the appointment slot was anywhere from 12 pm to 8 pm. Then revised to 5 pm to 7 pm. The technician showed up at 8:30 pm although he gave us a call at 7:45 pm saying he is running behind schedule. He asked me that he wants to use the garage to prep the new appliance because there is not much of light outside. So I removed my new car from the garage and obliged him. He and his assistant did NOT carry any floor protection for the kitchen floor to prevent any scratches. He asked me for some towels so that he can wipe out the water coming from the drain and the hot water pipe from the old unit while disassembling. So I gave him 4 towels for his use. Installation went well although so late in the night. I suggest in future Best Buy should not give any appointment for any customer after sunset. Next morning I found there were lots of scratches on the wooden floor in the kitchen.

I have made a complaint on the phone as well. I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer showed up unexpectedly and immediately started pressuring me to proceed, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, essentially holding the job hostage under duress. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward and neither did Best Buy. They offered $50 back as if that would restore my faith in their brand. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal.

I loved the updates from the moment I scheduled my appointment to the day of the service. The day of the service I got a call that the installers could arrive a little early which was perfect! The two installers were very respectful and professional. They answered all of my questions, made sure everything was done and leveled to the specs and my liking. Great crew! I will use Best Buy installers without hesitation!

I couldn't be more happy with my installation last week. They came early and worked fast and efficiently. No problems whatsoever. Thank you!

The installation of my Kitchen Aide dish washer was eventful. Upon first glance the men stated that the plumbing needed to be changed. They showed me why and stated I could get my plumber or a friend to do the job. I must have showed concern. Here I am expecting a new washer. The lead man stated they could do the job and I jumped on it. Within one hour my washer was fully installed and running.

We had a unique situation; took 3 days to install. Needed a longer hose and a “coupler” the installers did not have. What we thought would be a quick install finish, took more than 1 1/2 hrs. The installers never gave up!! Not happy with BestBuy’s scheduling department. The installers had promised to finish the job 1st thing in the morning. We waited over 5 hours for them because the “powers that be” decided it was more important to start a new installation than finish a job that already had taken 2 days!!!! Not happy with that at all.

The installer was very courteous and polite. he was very knowledgeable. The install was quickly and neatly done and so far works great. I recommend these installers.

Dishwasher was installed quickly and professionally. They did a test run to make sure everything was operating properly.

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Has a lot of space. Simple to use and quiet. No need to look at more expensive brands. Perfect for everyday use.

Te dishwasher is faster and quieter than I thought I would get sat this price point. Tre cutlery basket should have more compartments.

Dishwasher cleans well, very quiet, but interior is not dry at end of cycle. Rivulets of water on walls, spray arms drip water. Called service and told it's a common complaint. Bosch, I was told, calls it condensation drying. What a beautiful example of oxymoron. For $1100 it would be nice if "dry" was a part of the equation.

Quite and easy to use dishwasher. Cleans everything well. Looks great. The installer did a nice job.
