We have been loyal customers of Best Buy for well over 15 years. We were so happy when they opened the store in Baldwin as it is more convenient. Up till now we had nothing but excellent experiences with everything we purchased plus the in store service in so many departments. We completely understand that these are unprecedented times and we were ok with the first few delays for installing. When they did come, they found they couldn't take it out as they were worried they would damage the floor. Ok we got it and we had a handyman fix that. Since then we have made 15 appointments 15 and we get a text and an email confirming it. Within a few hours [sometimes less] we get a notification to re-schedule. We have gone into the store 3 times so far to get it done!! Finally there was an appointment confirmed and they called us. BUT it was to haul away the old one which they wouldn't do as it was not completely disconnected by the installers!! Naturally - they never came to install the new one!! UNBELIEVABLE. The BBB has loads of complaints about the installation department. We are truly dissapointed. We can't return the new one either as it is way past 2 weeks since we bought it! Though they never came to install it in the first place. Shall I now tell you how I really feel?
