The installer did not properly install the dishwasher and I had to call Total Tech to request a completion of the work. Upon submitting this request I was told someone would be by "at the end of the day." The installer did not come by at the end of the day so I had to call back the next week (no one working on weekends). Was told again that the installer would call me shortly, which they did not and when I called Total tech again, I was told they were elevating the claim to Management and to expect a call in 48 hours when it was reviewed. No one from "Management" called me back., but they did schedule another appointment for me without asking if I was available, which caused me to cancel a trip my family had been planning for 6 months so I could be available for the installers. The new installers came and still could not get the dishwasher to run. I was told they would put in a "replacement call" and someone from Best Buy would call me by the end of that day. No one from Best Buy has called me back yet by the way to discuss the replacement, but I did have to pay a new installer to come out and properly install the dishwasher, so I have now paid twice for this installation.
