Fantastic folks came exactly when they said they would, needed absolutely nothing from me, and were done faster than it would have taken me just to unbox the darn thing. 100% worth it under pretty much every circumstance.

Overall I was happy with the results of my installation. The local contractor who came over was both skilled and professional. He disconnected the old unit, set up the new one, and tested it before leaving. I had no post-installation issues. He showed up at the time promised by his dispatcher. My only quibble with the process was that there was apparently a disconnect somewhere between the Best Buy system, which promised me a particular time slot as well as date, and the local contractor who was adamant that they don't provide that level of scheduling in advance, and Best Buy should not have promised it. I gritted my teeth and took the time slot I was offered, even though it meant substantial inconvenience in terms of re-arranging the time I'd taken off from work at very short notice. If you use this service, don't believe the time slots on the order form. They are NOT reliable. Best Buy has also dropped follow-up on my complaint about this on the floor very thoroughly. Buyer beware. The price was good, so I'm still recommending the service, but only with warnings.

I subtracted one star only because there was a few days delay in getting my appliance installed. Once the installer was here, he did an exceptional job! He was very prompt, courteous, and left me feeling secure that my appliance was installed correctly! I would have appliances installed again by them.

Best dishwasher ever Amazing capacity Beautiful!

Everything went well with the install, but seem to take much longer than necessary. At least once the service person had to look up some online instruction on the connections. Almost completed and the dishwasher was angled out. When I showed it to him, he fixed it, but couldn't believe he said it was done.

I looked a long time at dishwashers and their features before purchasing the Maytag dishwasher on 1/8/20. It could not be delivered and installed however before 2/1/20 so I have only had 3 weeks to use it. The installer, who has been to our house before, was as usual very friendly and efficient. So far every feature of the dishwasher works as I had hoped. Cosmetically it adds to the look of my kitchen.

The dishwasher and the installation are topnotch! It is elegant, roomy and very easy to use. It is whisper silent.

Well worth the wait. Our installer, Kevin, was fantastic. Very professional, was quick and efficient on removing the old unit and installing the new one. He made sure everything worked, explained the features and cleaned up before he left.

These guys were great, very clean and fast working not to mention, he pointed out some mold on hose that I had overlooked and gave me an option to switch it out. He was prepared and had the replacement hose in his truck. Awesome job.

Perks of having total tec support! Aside from having a professionally installed, super cool dishwasher! Stephen and Allen knew their stuff, gave good pointers and walked us through its operation. Excellent is underrated, they did a fantastic job. Reminder, renew total tec.

The installation process from best buy was much better than what I had expected. Overall installation, demo and haul away process took 30 mins. The team of two were cautious of not chipping any furniture/door/walls and also not scratching the floors. They gave us a 30 mins heads up before coming in so that we could clear out the under-sink area. Thanks best buy!

The dishwasher install was very quick and easy. Our service man knew exactly what he was doing and was able to protect our newly finished cabinets during the install without any scratches, wear or tear.

First time the installers would not do the work because they told us it wouldn’t fit in the space. After they left all we did we remove a tiny bit of trim and it fit well. Second crew did a good job but took two weeks longe than it should have.
