Installation of dishwasher was installed professionally

They were courteous and professional. I had to call them to find out time slot.

Removed old dishwasher installed all new hoses etc. No mess left and done quickly.

The store support is worthless. Geek squad members were rude. The store never entered installation in the system and flat face lied about installers being delayed. When the installers showed up 2 weeks later, they said that they never had the order to install. Best buy regional manager was with the installers and accepted the fact that the Geek squad team member lied and store messed up on entering the data properly in the system for install. My family had to live without a dishwasher for days. I had to loose half day vacation waiting on installers that were never showing up to start with because store had screwed up the installation to start with. Had to spend all evening on the phone on the original promised date of install, go to the store, got lied to my face by geek squad, leave msg with store manager (who never bothered to reply) and then call best buy service number to have the real date of install. When the installer showed up, they said that they never saw an order for installation on the date I was told by the store. Worst customer service and customer care in this store. Only silver lining was that the Installer was very professional.

The installer was prompt and friendly and was able to fit in the washer into a tight space.

finally got it installed on the 3rd visit to my house and only by pure luck. Installation requires a junction box that was included on the original invoice. best buy did not pack it when the dishwasher was delivered. after about 20 calls to geek squad, with them reminding them they need to bring a junction box, installers show up again without a junction box. after another 10 calls to geek squad again reminding them they need to pack a junction box and having to wait 10 more days, the installers show up again with no junction box bc best buy didnt tell them they need it. by pure luck, they went through their vehicle and found a junction box to use and i have it installed. but it still wasnt properly provided by geek squad. all this, along with installations where no one showed up. and to make matters worse, this was escalated which i thought would mean that they would do it right. when you keep screwing up, you think you would make some calls and get it done tomorrow rather than wait 10 days and still screw it up. the actual installers were nice and did a good job, but best buy was incompetent.

They came as expected and was in and out within the hour.

They were professional and friendly and ran a test cycle just to make sure all was well.

Got charged an extra $160 because installer stated there’s a pipe in the way After he removed the old dishwasher and he had to cut the pipe to make dishwasher fit.
