The crew showed up five minutes after they called yet they were supposed to give a thirty minute notice. They showed up with the dishwasher but it was the wrong crew and weren't able to install it. I call customer service and was told to have them take it back with them and we will reschedule to have it delivered with a crew that can also install the dishwasher. Then comes the second delivery and install date, where a tech shows up to install the dishwasher but low and behold he doesn't have the dishwasher to install. Again I called customer service. So we come to the conclusion that the following week they are coming out to install the refrigerator that we had also bought, so why not do both of them at the same time. Sounds good. Then I get a call saying they made a mistake and that they can have the dishwasher delivered but they couldn't get someone out to install it until the following week. Now it's getting frustrating. So they come out to install the refrigerator and drop off the dishwasher. It went off without a hitch. Thought we were on the right track finally. Then a half hour after the refrigerator guys left I get a call saying that they are on the way to install the dishwasher. That was a nice surprise. It wasn't supposed to be installed for another week. The team shows up installs the dishwasher and rips out my water line for the refrigerator. Now I'm really mad. It's now been a month later, no one has come to repair and replace the water line. I've made several calls only to be told someone will call me back and they never do. I have went to the store twice, called 5 times and no one will take responsibility, no one will call me back, no one is doing anything. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I would not recommend them to any one. I've never seen such poor customer service skills, lack of communication, and horrible service from any company. An absolute waste of time and money!

The install was very professionally done and the crew was neat and orderly.

Installer forgot his tools at the last install. We used mine. The installers were very thorough, wore masks, were friendly, & cleaned up after themselves.

We are NOT sure whether the DW was properly installed . . . a part (filter at bottom) was loose, so we tightened it. But the DW is still not cleaning properly. The install seemed to go well, but my wife and are NOT qualified to troubleshoot. We still see some spotting on dishes after each use . . . have tried gels and powders . . . no change. Best Buy has agreed to an upgrade of DW, only at the expected increase in price. Thank you, Best Buy

We thought we were good to go when the 3rd party installers arrived. However, they refused to install the dishwasher (unless we paid another $250) saying our shutoff valve was the wrong size. Fortunately, they left the dishwasher. We ended up doing the installation ourselves, which was challenging, but worked out in the end. Also, Best Buy appropriately refunded us the installation charge fee.
