Not happy with quality of installation.

Scheduling was great; updates came regularly; team showed up on time. But the dishwasher is not flush with the cabinets. It is not terrible and we noticed it after a week or so; not sure how one can fix this.

Very un-professional!

Didn't, just showed up as I was about to get in the shower. Then informed us that we had to have a A/C plug installed at the cost of $135 after they pulled out our old dishwasher. If we didn't they would just leave taking our new D/W and leaving our old one pulled and disconnected. I put the $135 fee on my Best Buy CC in hopes of getting some kind of adjustment later because once they had the approval on my credit card they proceeded to short out the wiring and we lost power to our house. I went to see if I could find the breaker that had tripped and eventually got power back on. A real professional would have asked about breakers ahead of doing anything with the wiring. They then installed the A/C plug that they said was required and hooked up the new dishwasher. It ran and they checked to see if it drained and it did but they did not show us anything else about the operation and didn't take the tape that held the racks in place for transport off. I had to do that later when I discovered it. When we ran the diswasher the first time it didn't drain all the way and the dishes were still wet after "dry" cycle. The whole experience was very unprofessional and we sort of felt like it was a shakedown.
