This was a required part for my dishwasher. It worked just fine.

Does not get hot as it does not have heating element. Therefore the washer does not get the dishes as clean and the washer does not dry at all. Sorry I listened to the misleading sales girl! Not happy with this washer!

I had the dishwasher installed by a plumber instead because I had issues with my shutoff valve that Best Buy couldn't deal with.

When finally got an installation appointment, the installers were just fine. It took six weeks to get it installed. At least 8 times was told I had an appointment for installation. I received an email confirmation, and then would get text messages telling me the appointment needed to be scheduled. The central national line is not helpful. I had to go into a store to resolve the problem and was told that one system does not talk to the other. Finally, after installation, the dishwasher did not work. I called a plumber to check the water lines and the problem was clearly the dishwasher. I called the 1800 Best Buy and was told I had an appointment for repair. I was told repeatedly it was a different system than installation and that I would get a text message confirming. The appointment does not show in my account and no confirmation has been received and now BestBuy's website indicates it is too late to return it because weeks were wasted trying to get it installed. I can't get it fixed, and can't return it apparently.
