Installation process is terrible. I paid our dishwasher install up front at the store and told it covered the whole install except for electric. Overall it took 3 visits and an additional almost 300.00 for your contractor to complete the work. A second appliance we purchased and that contractor was very good

Appliance purchasers beware. I am a Total Tech Member and bought a dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered and my old dishwasher hauled away. First appointment canceled without notification 1st work day missed. Second appointment old dishwasher removed but new dishwasher had a huge dent and wasn't installed, 2nd work day missed. Third appointment dishwasher was delivered but not installed 3rd work day missed. Fourth appointment dishwasher was finally installed, 4th day of missed work. Customer service said they would compensate two $150 refunds to my card for the inconvenience. One refund was provided and 3 customer service agents, 45 minutes of wasted time I have not been fully compensated as promised. Horrible experience. The delivery teams and installers were very professional.

I purchased a Dishwasher and had it installed a few days ago. So after paying for the installation the technician said that he tested it, I was juggling work on my cpu A dog and a child so I made a mistake by not checking it. Well, of course when I went to turn the dishwasher on 2 days later it didn't work and now I have to wait a FULL week for them to come out and fix the installation issue. Everyone knows how you have to drop everything for an installation, work etc to make it for your scheduled appointment time and now I have to do it again! Agent Peter B also told me via chat that they don't have the option of a discount on the installation so now I'm out 2 days of work and the installation fee AND a dishwasher for a week. Definitely not happy with the service or the inability to make things right. I don't ask for free stuff but I do ask to respect peoples time and to look to customers whose services you botched FIRST before looking to ones whose business you are trying to acquire. Very Disappointed!!!
