They had a hard time, but they got the job done. Well done

The 2 guys were excellent...did a great job on installation

Kurt came out originally on 12/16 and noticed that our dishwasher was damaged. He gave us the info that we needed to have it reordered and he took the damaged unit back. Then on 12/31 Kurt returned with am undamaged unit. He installed it in under 30 mins and then gave my husband a tutorial on how to operate the unit. Kurt did a great job and would request him again for any installation of oven, OTR microwave or dishwasher, as he showed us how to use them all. Great job Kurt.

It’s a basic dishwasher that doesn’t dry the dishes that well. It does the job and quietly. It took Best Buy two times to get it installed correctly.

The installation crew arrived a little bit after 9:00am and within 30 minutes the old unit was out and the new was installed. The tech went over the basic operation of the dishwasher. The whole process was just under 30 minutes and everything was cleaned in the work area before they left.

The men who installed my dishwasher were very polite and quick.

The installation crew was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We are pleased with their work and would use them in the future. The only negative was the lack of a phone call prior to their arrival. The reason for the lack of a call was a failure of their tablet to connect to our phone service provider. Chalk it up to equipment failure. Other than that, they did an excellent job.

Installation was done by a third party. They ran into a snag with fitting the dishwasher into our space. We ended up having a friend finish the job. The work completed by the installer was done sell.

Very knowledgeable. Tested it before he left. All works great!

The crew that came out was very respectful of my wood floors. The installation was quick and efficient. I would recommend them installing my kitchen appliances.

If you want a conscientious installer, Shawn's your man. He knew the product and the installation procedure perfectly. Shawn removed our old unit and installed our new unit in record time. As the dishwasher in the family, I particularly "appreciated" his quick service. We were fortunate that our local BEST BUY store has our desired unit in stock so I only had "dishpan hands" for three days!

The installers came on site to our home but could not complete the installation of the new dishwasher on that trip. A 2nd trip had to be arranged. The issue: our original dishwasher had not been installed properly and the expected attachment point on the underside of our granite was not there. We had to pay an outside service provider a fee to detach our existing dishwasher from our under-counter of granite. I would have expected any dishwasher installation service provider to have been able to perform this svc. Once that was removed, the BBY folks were back onsite and they did a nice job.

Installer came only to validate the installment of the dishwasher which was done by another person. Also Best Buy installer validated the install kit I purchased from Best Buy was never used, however, I have not received a refund for the install kit I purchased at the time I purchased the dishwasher. I am still waiting, Best Buy Case #331877302

Best Buy isn’t quite ready to provide full pkgs solutions when you purchase appliances online. I had to make many calls back to Best Buy. I had to go back into the store because the .com couldn’t fix the problem. I purchased the delivery, install and haul away package for a dishwasher. They wanted to take 3 days to accomplish the delivery, install and haul away. Who does this? This review is not against the service employees. They have no control over the process. The product is what I expected.

Heath installed my dishwasher. He is beyond competent, he does a fantastic job and I think is the best technician I've ever seen. All was going well until a hose was improperly or not connected which caused water to blow out under cabinets & on my new wood floor. The installers acted like it was no big deal, although I had to race to find 6 large beach towels to soak up the water. Not happy!! If my wood floors pop up because of this water damage, you’ll hear from me & lawyer. Tech should have more training.

Installer was quick, clean and personable. Dish washer was installed so that it looked part of the orginal kitchen renovation.

I have held my review until after having our new dishwasher serviced. Delivered on Nov 13, everything went smoothly, Svc Tech were great, no complaints at the time. After 4 to 5 loads I got an Error Code - "OC" - then had a warranty service visit from Unique Repair, Great Tech, very informative. Result of the visit was due to not receiving the correct info from the Best Buy Installers. The problem was a result of using to much soap. The Cascade Pellets should not be used on this New High Efficiency washer, generates too much soap suds which in turn triggers the "OC" Error. Using the Cascade Gel is the better product to use. Again it's no complaint about the product or service but a bit more product info upon installation may be a better procedure and less costly in the long run.

The G&B technician was on time and very polite and professional.
