My samsung dishwasher installation did not go very well. After the installer left my home I noticed my dishwasher was not securely installed. I called the installer and he returned and stated that the screws that came with my dishwasher was the incorrect screws and that he had some different screws in his delivery truck. So the installer used the screws that he got from out of his delivery truck. After about 2 weeks of use of my diswasher. when I opened the dishwasher door the dishwasher tilted/leaned forward as if it was going to fall forward onto the floor. I called best buy and explained the situation with my dishwasher and asked if they could send a dishwasher installer to my home to securely install my dishwasher, which they did. The new installer said that my dishwasher was not installed correctly. I have noticed/observed that my dishwasher is now more secure than it was previously.

The installer was polite, fast and cleaned up after himself, easy as pie!

It seemed like an okay install. We had problems a couple days later and the manufacturer sent out a repair person. He told us the installation was done poorly and he then fixed it.

This delivery and installation Was terrible. The installer tried to change me $200 for a shutoff valve and said the drain hose isn’t long enough to reach the drain pipe. If that a true then how is the old dishwasher draining and whybis there no water on my floor. Once he realized that I was not going to let him earn extra money he couldn’t leave fast enough and he left the dishwasher in my garage. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Quick install My only complaint is they did not show me how to use it, minor issue, but also didn't run a full cycle which left water in the bottom of the dishwasher
