Delivery and install is a joke!!!

No issues with the items. The issue we had is the delivery and installation is not really installation. It is mostly delivery. The install is a joke. They claimed they didn’t know how to install it.

had installed, but still need adjustment

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.paid for the installation, but the dishwasher tray keep going back. it seems the balance wasn't adjusted. not sure where I contact for this. also after using the machine, I found the metal clip that may be harmful to all my dishes. not sure when they install this and drop the clip or didn't install properly, so the clip fell from somewhere. I need a re-service for this, but I don't know where I can contact.

Mixed up Installation

Dishwasher Install

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was soooo disappointed with the dishwasher Installation process, we had it scheduled for a Saturday, the dishwasher came defective so it wasn't installed. It was taken back to the warehouse and scheduled for another date one week later. That day came and the person was a no-call no-show and I had reschedule the Installation date to "earliest available" was 2 weeks later. The gentleman came and didn't have a tool to shut of the main water valve, so he had to reschedule at a later date. It was such a chaos of events and overall I was just so annoyed of the process of scheduling and rescheduling 4x. It took 5 weeks to get my dishwasher finally installed.
