PARTS MISSING AND NOW BESTBUY NOR SAMSUNG WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY SINCE THE INSTALLATION IS BEYOND 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

dishwasher installation

He was obviously tired and ready to make his 2-hour drive home. He me with a dishwasher that is not properly installed. I am very disappointed that Best Buy did not use the Geek Squad right here in Amarillo, Texas!

Service has not been completed!

We had to wait for over 4 hrs each time for 3 times now for them to not come and not install. Not sure why they would show completed when it definately is not. This item got dropped off and we were told because the stove was damaged and had to be returned they couldnt install any of the other items at that time. (The refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) are all in boxes sitting in the living room for the past month as they keep no showing and cancelling on us last minute. The stove has yet to be delivered or installed as well and we paid additional for a propane conversion for this item.
