The reps were punctual and polite. My main issue was the professionalism. They showed up baggy shorts, band t-shirts, pocket chain, backwards hats, something that I'd expect a cashier at Hot Topic to wear. I know the installers are outsourced, but some professionalism standards would go a long way.

I will be making this comment to the local Best Buy manager. The installation of our dishwasher was not correct. You can plainly see a gap in the side seals that should not be visible. This needs to be corrected. We paid far too much money for installation that is this shoddy. The dishwasher itself appear to be very good quality.

Installed at an angle, charged for install then when they came here they charged me an extra $200 because he said it needed a plug, when I read the manual I can see it could have been hard wired in.

Best Buy installed my dishwasher and it has been a train wreck. They scratched the wood around the installation. To make matters worse, they did not leave behind the parts that were needed on my custom panel dishwasher to get the door installed by my cabinet people. The sales person who helped me with the order is great - but if he is NOT around no one seems to know what is happening or when the parts will come. I now i have a dishwasher that i cannot use ;)

Took pressure off us to make sure it was done right

The dishwasher didn't work after they finished installing it. I had to call them again to come take a look at it. The second time they came, they fixed it.

Dishwasher was cracked, I had to call the installer back as he was leaving the house - hey there's a warning light. went back into the shop because the installer told us this would be quicker to get a replacement. the shop was very helpful, we set us a time to exchange the dishwasher. had a phone call the night before saying it would be delivered in the PM. no one showed, when checking my emails at 530pm there was an email at 3pm saying I needed to set up the delivery.... called the number given to be told there was no delivery scheduled for me. the best they could now do was Monday (this was Wednesday, I told them to come and collect the cracked machine I'd buy a new one from somewhere else... no problem we can be out on Friday to collect it !!! I also spent 30 minutes waiting to be transferred to a supervisor only be be told when I got through they didn't handle that issue... (they were extremely embarrassed). I've found Best Best to be a great company but when things go wrong they are horrible....

Arrived in time and did the great job as expected.

Our install window was 7-2 and the installers showed up at 7pm at night. I had called Best Buy support multiple times throughout the day and each time was unable to get a reason for the lateness. The final individual I spoke with indicated we would be compensated for the lateness but that never happened. The installers did a nice job once they arrived albeit 12 hours late.
