My dishwasher was not installed upon delivery in November because of a change in the electrical code for dishwashers of which I was unaware. On my receipt, the delivery person wrote a note as to the reason why my purchase order should be left open until I contacted Best Buy. Time passes to February (electrical outlet replaced, one child quarantined for CoVid, then 2nd child quarantined because they didn’t get it, kitchen floor redone because of Ida damage) and I can finally have the dishwasher installed not to find my order had been closed as completed in January. In addition, the delivery guy did not leave the power cord. Thank goodness for Ariana in Customer Service who took care of the issue by sending me the missing power cord and credit g me for the work not done. The contractor doing my house repairs will now natal it.

When d8shwasher was delivered April 21st, plumbing was not complete due to delay in counter top instalation, rescheduled for April 28th. On thet date, no one showed up. Called Best.Buy and they didn't know what happened, nexy available time rescheduled for June 9th. When installers arrived, they refused to attempt install, tole me I needed to have an outlet installed and needed to get a drain hose extender, said the one that came with the dishwasher would be too short. I WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE. Next available date was July 21st. I had my contractor install the dishwasher the next day. The drain hose was long enough and he hard wired the dishwasher with the wire that was there from the previous dishwasher. Cost me $150 but I had been waiting 7 weeks and it would have been 6 more weeks.

Dishwasher was installed very horribly. Installers were poorly equipped and not up to install dishwasher in an island with quartz coutertop.

The guys brought it and said it couldn't be hardwired so they left the dishwasher and I had to put it in.

The tech left the old dishwasher on an oak parquet floor and the water destroyed the floor. When the tech was shown the damage he said, "Oh, there is normally something under it (oak) and did not apologize or offer any damage control with the water. The first estimate for "possible" repair is $400.00 with no guarantee. The tech did not run a complete cycle before leaving as it could take over 3 hours according to the instructions. After he left, I ran a complete cycle and found the door open three (3) times so I called and the person answering the best buy line kept asking if it was ok when the tech was here and kept having to explain the problem. She submitted a request and told me I could be charged a service fee. The same tech returned a few hours later and after reinstalling the unit, he then read the manual and found that the door automatically opens at the end of the cycle. Was I the first customer to ask since the installer had no idea?

The installers did not know what they were doing the clip to hold the dishwasher was put which place in backwards I had to fix myself

I love how the dishwasher cleans everything so good however I still can not get it to dry items. Manufacturers Manuel not much help

Installation team wasn't able to complete install, team that measures appliance didn't upload notes on measurements so install failed a second time. Ended up going to ABT for install. Team also tried to sell additional services on site, resulting in unexpected calls.

They did not install the dishwasher (not their fault, apparently I had no grounding wire!). They refused to haul away the old one. I had to make 2 more appointments before it was finally picked up. I am STILL waiting for my refund on the installation. I have spend HOURS on the phone. I was told I'd be refunded but I'm still waiting.

It was difficult to install but contract workers were persistent. It was a bit larger than the measurements I gave the salesman.

A problem with the top middle drawer. Just keeping an eye to see if it's working properly

The guys did a good job, but was water pressure is now less than before. Just wonder what could be done to fix this.

...however, they were not able to make the dishwasher fit with the cabinet and removed some of the woodwork that I will have to now replace.

After second trip to my house , everything worked fine , but... they once again, As the first time, forgot to install two sheet metal screws to secure the kick plate to the bottom of the unit. Once again, I , the home owner, had to supply the screws and secure the kick plate, so it would. It would not fall off and bind the door on each opening

Team arrives on time with the proper equipment to exchange dishwashers. The new Bosch dishwasher was quickly installed bit too quickly it seems as the electrical connection was improperly made and the washer had intermittent power losses. A third party Bosch repair team identified the problem and fixed it for an additional $130.

Never came they canceled 4 times after i took off work to be home we had to install ourself .not happy at all

The cabinets on both side of the dishwasher were damaged during installation. Best Buy insurance is right on top of it

Installation/Delivery was scheduled by salesperson. The date was cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge. 1 wasted day. The second delivery and installation time was for the morning 4 days later. The delivery did not occur til late afternoon with no communication. Upon delivery told it could not be installed due to special electrical needs because the base was enclosed and the electrical conduit stuck out too far to get the dishwasher fully under the counter. Was given no indication that this was a requirement. So told them we would reschedule and get the electrical straightened out. 2nd day wasted. Two days later rescheduled the installation for an open slot on the online scheduling calendar. Two days later no show, no call, no email. Called customer service and was informed that the installer canceled the appointment claiming that we did not want them to install it. 3rd day wasted. Went to the store purchased from and had them set a time to retrieve the dishwasher and cancel the order. Have since heard that this installation company also does work for other businesses so while some people must get better service I will not deal with a company that uses XPO for the installation service based on this experience.

He was messy and did not clean up all the plastic and taking the trash with him. I think Lowe’s has better installation.

Installation guy left without plugging back in my disposal or telling me I need a plug adapter to fit both plugs. I had to call them and get the piece they could have easily told me I needed before they left my house. Not impressed
