The one appliance out of four that was installed completely. Fridge door wasn't reversed and the waterline not connected by the same team, though. So not a complete win. Getting an appointment to get these things done with the right team on a day when family was in town is too hard, though.

After Best Buy installed the dishwasher it leaked and we could not use it because there was a deactivation code of F8 / E4. The manufacturer had to repair the dishwasher under warranty.

This company brought a dishwasher to my house, installed it, and says it came defective and didn't work so I'd need to get a replacement. They took it out and demanded that I sign the work order saying it was complete even though the dishwasher was not installed and working. I didn't sign it. Instead of helping me get a replacement, the company told me I have to work it out with Best Buy to get my replacement. This caused me hours on the phone, put on hold, being transferred, etc trying to get this replacement. Once they said they will replace it, it took another 5 days to be delivered. But this time a delivery company just dropped it off and didn't install it. They then had to call the install company to install it and I had to wait another 5 days. So it took 10 more days after my original install date to get a working dishwasher installed. I feel I should have been prioritized to the next day installation. I had already moved out of this house and new tenants were moved in. This caused huge inconveniences. The whole experience was not good at all and makes me not want to shop at Best Buy anymore.

The installation team were not conversant in English and spent more than 2 hours for a simple install. They still did not align the dishwasher and kept looking at installation manual.

It took three deliveries to get the dishwasher installed. The first time, the dishwasher was majorly dented up. The second time, the delivery guys never showed up or called. The third time, they finally installed the dishwasher 6 weeks after they were supposed to. The service line for Best Buy was the worst I’ve ever experienced. You will be on hold for over an hour and if you have more than a simple question you will be transferred to someone else multiple times and no one knows how to actually help you. Even when I finally got to a “supervisor” they had to admit they know very little about how to fix things. They just take notes for someone else. Also, they dropped me twice while I was on hold and then I had to start over. Terrible phone service. Good luck with deliveries and getting problems solved.

Original dishwasher was damaged and installation had to be done a second time. Newington store made it good

No big problem with install, but countertop got a little chipped during the process. A little disappointing

I ended up installing the dishwasher myself. Should I need to explain more? We opted this service so I don’t have to go through the hassle of other things needed like the piping, wiring etc. Techs came and with the things they require like outlets, piping (they are asking me for 500$ additional for the parts and EXTRA SERVICEs lol) not met it did not push through. I went to Home Depot bought some bolt converters cost 25$ or less and did the install myself. In fact I should ask for refund because they did not do the install. They did take the old dishwasher and delivered the dishwasher promptly so I gave them fair professionalism score. But other than that it’s a disappointment.

Misleading, sales guy said that they do the electric hookup to the garbage disposal. When they delivered installers said thats not included. So I was charged for something that any diy person could have done. Not happy

best buy hire third party people to do this installation, they can force to buy additional items for your installation

Installation service Lonestar Appliance couldn't install dishwasher, they said I needed a longer drain hose. I purchased the hose the later that day at Lowes, and they said they would be back Friday to complete the installation. Friday came and went and they didn't call or show up. I left several mesages and they never responded. ZERO stars, poor customer service.

Unable to use water dispenser or ice maker because supply valve not turned on. In addition, we are unable to pull refrigerator out because it must be improperly installed according to Samsung. Will call Geek Squad to have it checked yet again.

Unfortunately, even though I had a free installation for a dishwasher purchase, the installers refused to install the dishwasher because they were "not allowed to use" the existing water lines. The existing water lines have an adapter attached at the shut-off valve, so when I asked them to use the new lines with the existing adapter, they refused, and told me I would need to hire a plumber to change the shut-off valves, and then I could call back to have the dishwasher installed. I then called Best Buy and asked for credit for the install, but they also refused... What a ridiculous situation and policy!

The wreaked of cigarette smoke. Smoked before coming in. Tried to get me to pay extra almost $200. The plastic that protects dishwasher still needs to be removed better. I wish they would of did that. Apologized for not speaking English so made the extra money and install difficult trying to understand. If this was me dropping of something for repair I would of went somewhere else!

Can’t rate what didn’t happen. The installers came out to install the dishwasher and my daughter was told that her power supply was too short and wouldn’t reach the connection to the new dishwasher and she would have to call an electrician to have her line extended. She had someone come out and clearly the 3 guys that had showed up to install her dishwasher had no idea what they were doing because the electrician said her power supply was adequate and hooked it up for her. It cost her a service fee which she shouldn’t have had to pay but the installers were clearly clueless. Make sure your installers actually know how to install things. These guys didn’t.

They did not know how to install it and made a mess. I would not use Best Buy installation again. The dishwasher was fine and it works now after two attempts at putting it in.

Not happy 7 months later and getting an installation related error code. Whirlpool is sending someone out to fix it, but a 90 day installation warranty is clearly not worth the paper it's printed on. Needs to be a one year warranty in case this happens!

They got the job done but weren't very careful in what they were doing. Dropped a drill bit side down onto the floor.

The two worker said I'll need to buy their electric wire and pipe adapter, which will be $120. They ask for cash without tax. In order to get my dishwasher installed on time, I have to compromise and pay what they asked. The installation is pretty good without any problem so far. But the experience was bad.

Installed with loose connection. Had to call them have someone redo it.
