The installation process was a nightmare. I purchased 4 appliances in one purchase and as we know, a third party is contacted to install. The fridge was delivered first and the company to install the fridge was amazing. Professional, communicative, and on time. The next company that was set to deliver and install the other three appliances was the worst. After arriving 4 hours outside of the deliver window, they also left my dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen saying they would come back the next day to finish and they never returned! I was stuck calling everyone in town to finish the installation. What a huge headache! I would love to refer or request the first third party company and get the second company off the Best Buy installers list. Not who you want representing your company!

Original installation (Oct 19)was added on to XPO installer's schedule, and he was prompt and did a great job. OCT 26th, received a call from another installer with same company...he was at my house to install. I told him it was already done and called best buy to notify them of his arrival as well. Nov 2, received another call from yet another installer with XPO, upset that I wasn't home for him to install my dishwasher. I told him it had been done. He asked who did it and when, I told him and he cussed then hung up on me!!! I understand the installer's frustration as they drove over an hour 2 different times to do a job they didn't need to do. However, that is not my fault!! Furthermore, I was contacted after the last 2 install attempts by another agent from XPO wanting to verify that my dishwasher had already been installed, but no one bothered to call after the actual installation?? Outside of my initial contact with XPO, I think their customer service is absolutely horrible and really am not sure why best buy mansfield chooses to use them over so many other local installers. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend them!

The first install was a disaster. The dishwasher got damaged and we had to re-order but they finally got it right.

Installers were nice but the unit was leaking the first time we used it and we found the inside of the door was damaged during installation. Called to have it fixed but it took over a week to get someone to fix it. Was a little inconvenient.

Installers were nice. Actual installation was not satisfactory. Did not secure dishwasher to cabinet. Left door padding hanging from bottom of door. Left the kick plate 1” above floor; showing feet of unit in the gap.

Illegal aliens came to install. Couldn't hardly speak English and could've perform the install. I'll never use the install service again. Terrible!

Had a contract group come out and do the install. Was late showing up as usual. But once here worked very quickly.

No demo, no wiping down of touched surfaces, the installers did not want to wear boot covers. The Best Buy video promised they would do each of these. Upon arrival, I asked the installer to wear the boot covers I offered. At first he refused because he didn’t want to slip. I assured him i had non slip boot covers, so he tried to put them on. He said they didn’t fit, but he would get his own from his truck. I don’t know why he didn’t bring his own covers in the first place. I thought the installation went smoothly, outside of having to wipe down surfaces myself and doing my own demo (I actually prefer that), but almost a month later, the dishwasher was leaking. For repair, I was transferred from Best Buy to Samsung. So unless you purchase a plan from Best Buy, don’t expect to be supported by them, even less than a month later.

The dishwasher tilted after a few months and was vibrating, Best Buy wouldn’t fix it. Had to fix it on my own.

They guys were smoking marijuana while they were setting up my dishwasher. Speaking Spanish the entire time. Looking online to see how to do things. Was not at all confident that they knew what they were doing and don't like people getting high while they are supposed to be working. They reeked of marijuana smell when they came back in after taking out old dishwasher to the truck

My wife has MS and has had a lot of issues with the dpring loading door Silver ware holders to tiny

They left a lot of extra tubing under the sink when they were done installation.

The installer first said he needed a part that he did not have. On his second visit he thought he had the correct part but when we turned it on water leaked under the sink. The third time he came with his superior who sent him out to get a part and the installation was finally successful. They were very kind and tried hard to do it correctly. It is now working fine and we are happy with it.

Although the two installers were very polite and professional, we discovered to our dismay that they did not know what they were doing. 2 days after the installation of our Bosch dishwasher, we had to have an authorized Bosch installer come out. He had to order Bosch hoses, which were covered by warranty, and then he had to return to install them. While he was doing that, he discovered that the previous installers had not correctly installed the electrical box, which could have been disastrous had any water touched it. He had to completely remove the dishwasher, fix the box, and reinstall it. This was NOT covered by the warranty, and cost us $366 for labor and parts. We love the dishwasher, just not the service. BEST BUY should be sure that their appliance installers are authorized to install high-end appliances such as Bosch .

Over promised and under delivered! Store sales person says one thing and install team says another. Was told by install team they had to install the dishwasher the same way the old one was installed. What if there was not a dishwasher there before...do you only install if somebody had a dishwasher before? No you will install still I am told. Install was not done properly and up to code. Now I have to pay a plumber or do the install properly myself.

The two men who installed the dishwasher seemed like they knew what they were doing friendly enough, but pricey!

10/10 I do not recommend. They don’t give you aheads up on what shutoff valve you need for your dishwasher, I needed a simple shutoff valve replacement in order for them to actually install the dishwasher but surprisingly they couldn’t do it. I’m not even sure why because most services would do what is necessary except them. so I had to have someone else come to my house to replace the valve and install the dishwasher.
