Unprofessional! Came in, said that they won’t be able to install due to lack of access to the dishwasher because of the wooden part underneath the dishwasher. Left momentarily. My husband was able to remove this wooden part in less then 5 min. Tried to call the crew so that they come come and finish the installation. They did not answer. Texted to the customer support, was promised that the installation would be done by the end of the day. Nobody showed up. The installation along with hawl away both are marked us completed. But the dishwasher was not even delivered. The whole day is ruined in waiting for the dishwasher delivered and installed.

I think that the machine cleaned well. The reason for the mediocre rating is that the top shelf move with difficulty.

Never again. installers almost set fire to my house. Another dishewasher had to be sent. giving it a 1 star because the option to give none is not allowed. Ugh

Without any doubt, the worse experience I ever had with an installation company ( 3rd party installer sent by best buys) of any appliances I purchased / had installed within the last 25 years. The serviceman attempted to extort extra money from me when his installation service was already prepaid by me. I refused his service and it then took weeks for best buys to arrange another ( honest) installer to do the job. I have spent many hours calling best buys to try and escalate this to a management level. If I would have known that this would happen, I would purchase this dishwasher from another place.

Best Buy had third party "install" this dishwasher and the team that came out, scratched the unit. They left abruptly and told us that they were going to call their boss to have it replaced, but nothing they could do about it. After 2 weeks of having not heard from them we contacted Best Buy Support which then we were told that they could do nothing unless we came in store while the stores were closed for internal customers.... Only now have we noticed that they didn't even install the unit because it now falls forward when we open the door. Call Best Buy Support and they will do nothing to help with their third parties incompetence unless I pay them $99. Absolute mess.

The installation of the dishwasher was GREAT. The problem was with the best buy store in Green Bay. When we encountered problems they really did not want to help us. Then they told us we would be getting back some money the amount did not come up to what they said. I wish they would try to make the customer happy. It will take me a while to purchase from that store again.

If I could give this zero stars I would because my dishwasher was never removed or installed. When I bought this I asked if they would do the uninstall and install and I was told yes that the uninstall is part of the removal but then they came today after not showing up my first appointment a week and a half ago because they went to the wrong place and also had the incorrect phone Number to call me (weird since I have all the correct info). Then said they don’t do the uninstall which I clearly asked about or else I wouldn’t have paid the extra 250. I’m 5”1 with no muscle I can’t move a dishwasher or know how to uninstall one. This has been the worst experience or my life.

my only issue always with best buy is that they are almost always never on time. but other than that it was fine.

Delay in installation by 3 weeks. 4 weeks later it needs repair.

There was poor to no communication about when the installation would occur. When the installers did arrive they said they couldn’t do the installation. I had to hire a carpenter, a plumber, and an electrician to remove the old washer and install the new one. I don’t blame the people sent to install, but the failure is with Best Buy and the installation company . It has cost me time and more money dealing with this situation . I am still getting notices from Best Buy about scheduling installation. Communication was totally lacking. I paid for installation and I didn’t get it. Poor service. I would be happy to discuss this with someone , but I know that won’t happen.

We are already waiting for a repair as our dishwasher has leaked. Not sure if it is due to improper installation.

The installation was a complete joke, sent the same tech 3 times against my wishes and he couldn’t remove a screw that my son reached up and pulled out with his fingers and then he screwed my pull out spice cabinet shut. I requested NOT to have him come to My house and I was told he was my only choice. I filled 3 complaints with Best Buy, missed 3 days of work and so have never had anyone follow up on my complaints. Worst customer service ever

when the dishwasher was installed they did not attached it all the way undernether my counter top, there is an inch to an inch 1/2 gap between the dishwasher and the counter top. If you are having them install double check this. I wish I was more observant- they were nice men and I was happy for my new appliances so I didn't check that when asked if I was satified with their work.

Did a so-so job, at least it got installed, but wanted to come back another day more than once!

We bought a Samsung Kitchen Appliance bundle and we had trouble with delivery and installation but Best Buy made good!

The guys did quick work. The only thing that bothered me is that they really seemed rushed. Multiple times they said I was all set and tried to get me to sign off on the install. I would operate the door and found 4x that the machine wasn’t level which resulted in the door rubbing on the frame. Had I not paid attention, I would have had problems right after they left.

It has not been installed yet. The first date was dec 1. When he got there he found out there was a part broken. It was rescheduled fir Dec 16 in a 12-8 time range. I did not receive an email dec 15 telling me they were coming. I called the morning of the 16th was assured they were coming and they did not show or call. Spent about hr on the phone that night and was told I would be contacted by corporate in 24 hrs to fix the problem. It didn’t happen. I called back snd spent another hour on the phone and was told it was being sent to scheduling and I would get a call within 24-48 hrs. It’s been 36 no call. I bought this dishwasher 35 days ago and it hasn’t been installed. I am extremely mad that I have oaid and not been able to use it. Along with at least 10 hrs of my time being wasted which I will expect compensation for

Best Buy didn't do the install, it was subcontracted to a plumbing company... The installers didn't mention the sound insulation was missing for the dishwasher, didn't install it evenly across, and really just did a rush job... ended up ordering the insulation, and reinstalling it to my liking... next time I will know. However, BB did refund me my install fee, so that's a win.

The installation of our dishwasher didn't work and when we asked for some of the money back; we were told no. The two guys doing the installation must not know how to check for correct function. They put the dishwasher drainage hose into our disposal (that still has the plug)... instead of putting the drain hose back where it came from. "We think it is draining" "we are not sure, but it should work fine"... So later that night; we are running our first dish washing load... Error; blocked drainage... try again... error... Great; call Best Buy first-thing so that we can get this installed correctly... sorry; we can't help you for nearly a week now. no response from the installation people until the end of the day and "opps, out of time to come out now"... I want my installation fee back. I had to leave work early because the way it was left allowed water to come out of the hole that they should have put the drain hose into... and luckily the washer was smart enough not to add to the flooding problem they left us with.

My dishwasher required a little finesse to install completely but the installer did not want to deal with it. I had to call a handyman to use a simple box cutter to shave such a minuscule amount of wood from the bottom of the surround so the hinges would not get hung up, then call the installers to come back out and complete the install. Costed me a lot of money and several days.
