The installation was fast and done very professionally.

this was a very professional job done by the installers a leak was noted and taken care of right away

Washer was installed properly but they neglected to do the door reversal and just switched the washer and dryer.

Technicians arrived on time. Removal of old dishwasher and Installation of new one were done carefully and skillfully. Techs were courteous, completed work and then gave instruction on best cycles and best times to use to make sure dishes, etc. were cleanest and utility charges were lowest.

The tech. that installed our new machine was excellent.

Generally pleased with installation except for a noise in opening/closing door; install team then were prompt and gracious in correcting that one install misstep.

The team came in and did a great job. They were informative, efficient, and got our dishwasher replaced in the scheduled time.

Install went smoothly and the installer did a great job from start to finish. He used a slide board to protect floor and new appliance. Also provided us education before leaving on using the new appliance.

The team installed the new dishwasher, took out the old one, did it all quickly, and were pleasant and polite in the process. They were a few minutes early, but they called ahead of time so not a problem. At least they were not late! I should be fair and disclose that the installation was free for this particular dishwasher with this particular promotion. I would have paid anyway, since I wanted the machine to work after installation!

The installer kept us informed as to his schedule and we knew almost exactly when he would arrive. The installation went smoothly and professionally. When he left, everything was exactly as when he arrived except that we had a new dishwasher that worked flawlessly. Great job!

Dishwasher fit perfect, no changes had to be made. Very quite.

Installers came prepared. They quickly surveyed the situation, removed the old washer and set up the new one. They tested it and showed us how to operate it. They cleaned up their stuff and handled the paper work. Very professional team!

These guys were careful and thorough as it works well now. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a rainy day. I'm thankful they knew what they were doing.

It was a great service. They where fast with the installation and left the broken part to show what was wrong with it showing they where honest.

Our installation was free in a store promotion. Everything was correct in the end but with some problems on the way. Thus the 2 stars/Fair rating but still Recommending it. The installers were contractors, not Best Buy employees. This was the case with every retailer we contacted. Some retailers said they had long-term relationships with a particular contractor, which perhaps would result in more consistent quality. Anyway: The first installation went well, mostly. One of the two installers was capable and careful when routing the drain hose, wiring the optional powercord+junction box, installing the water line, pointing out that our under sink water leak sensor might not be working (our device, not part of the Bosch unit; it was very good of him to notice and point this out), positioning and leveling the unit, and cleanup. But at the very last step (mounting the kick plate) the other installer scratched the door front with his screwdriver. Oops. Thus we needed a replacement unit. The replacement installation crew, from a different contractor, were less conscientious. We had to point out that they did not initially route the drain hose out the correct side of the unit and did not install it with the required 33" above the floor rise between the unit and our plumbing drain (sink disposal inlet). They corrected these. They re-used the hot water and electrical connections from the first install so these were not an issue. They carefully avoided scratching anything. General advice: - Visit the manufacturer's website, download the installation instructions, and review them before the installers show up. Be prepared to inspect their work as they proceed and ask about anything that looks wrong. You don't want to sign off on an incorrect installation and possibly void the manufacturer's warranty. - Inspect the unit carefully for damage before the installers start. Look from high, low, and both sides, because scratches near the floor may not be evident when viewed from above. Take pictures to document its presumably pristine initial condition.

The two gentlemen sent to install and deliver our dishwasher and our clothes dryer were just great. They were clean neat and very aware of concerns for the Covid 19 virus. The install was quick and done very professionally. I was concerned about he install and worried about corona virus . They couldn't have been more prepared or professional.

These guys were awesome! The old dishwasher was very difficult to take out because of very tight space, but they took their time and made it! Installed new one, no issues. Very kind and patient with my parents, who were worried the machine wouldn't fit.

Purchased a new Dishwasher and didn't want to mess with the install. KitchenAid running a promotion to install as part of the purchase cost and the installers were great. Arrived on time, pulled the old unit out and had to refit the size of the dishwasher area. Knew what they were doing and have not had any problems since the installation.

Installation crew was excellent. Was ver efficient, clean and had the dishwasher installed in no time. Good job crews

Overall I think this dishwasher is an excellent product. It is quite and cleans well. My only criticism is that it does not hold much if you wash pots and bowls in a load.
