They came in and did the job to perfection. we always use the install or delivery from Best Buy

I’m loving the dishwasher. It’s unbelievably quiet, and does a great job. Installation was done very professionally and super quick.

I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it is only 3 days old. It is very quiet and cleaned our old glasses well. Our old dishwasher was not cleaning very well and was quite loud. A friend had a bosch so I decided to pay more I hope in the long term it will be worth it. right now it certainly is.

We were impressed and happy with the installation service. They called ahead and arrived on time. The two installers were careful with the removal and the new install. In addition to being competent with the installation the two gentlemen were courteous and friendly (like family). The installers provided helpful startup advice. They also provided assurance that our purchase was of good quality. Everything is working just fine! We are "peace of mind" Best Buy loyalist.

The gentleman that removed/installed our appliances was very friendly, personable and knowledgable. Wasted no time in completing the job and cleaned up after completion. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that, in my opinion, this job requires more than one person to perfomr in a safe manner.

I suppose he did a good job the dishwasher is working nicely. But when wheeling out the old dishwasher it fell off the cart in the hallway and had a little mess to clean. I had to take the new dishwasher out again because one side was in correctly and the other sticking out. When he started the washing test he forgot to take the cardboard, tape and instructions out of the dishwasher, I wondered why I couldn't open the top shelf,,,tape. But its a nice looking dishwasher and am happy thus far.

purchased a new dishwasher during the pandemic which caused delays in installation. BB kept me updated on scheduling until it was safe. Installation was quick and clean. Only complaint was failure to show me how to run it.

installers were efficient, clean, polite and worked quickly and quietly.

We have three installs and the 3rd party team that has come has been great and really helpful. But, the fact that we've had three installs of brand new dishwashers in three months is a complete joke. Bestbuy has been less that helpful. We've taken off 6 days of work (between installs and repairs). Have spent over 7 hours on the phone. Had a flooded basement because of a part that now requires insurance claims and more time off work and again our 3rd dishwasher is now not working after 4 days. Bestbuy has offered us $50 in a giftcard for our troubles. Such a joke and terrible customer service. I gave it three stars because I want to reflect that the third party installers have been great. Bestbuy has not.

After having our GE dishwasher fail and require replacement (had a plastic tub that eventually warped and leaked), we priced BOSCH replacements, and found the lowest prices at BestBuy, and the ability to have it installed within a week of purchase! Other retailers would have required a month or more wait before installation could be scheduled! Installation was scheduled for a window between noon and 3:00PM, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call 20 minutes before noon from the installation team to say they were on the way and would be here momentarily! Both of the installers were EXTREMELY professional and courteous through the entire process. As one un-installed our old GE model, the other was outside at the truck unpacking the new BOSCH and prepping it for installation. They were careful to ensure the drain line was correctly elevated and ensured that everything worked correctly before they departed. The floor under the dishwasher - a spot that you can never get to- was cleaned and swept. Absolutely fantastic delivery job! And remember to TIP your delivery/install guys if they do a great job!

This was the most competent installation that I have ever had in 40 years of home ownership. This installer went well beyond what was expected by me

The dishwasher installation was quick. I was pleased with the workmanship. The old dishwasher was hauled away. The new installation was done in about 20 minutes. The workers were polite and respectful.

I have not run the dishwasher myself yet, however I literally did not know it was running during the installer's initial test run until he told me. I also purchased this dishwasher because of the adjustable rack features it provided and the under-the-counter flush mount and operating buttons.

My first install experience with ABC company was substandard. They insisted that I keep the new dishwasher in my garage until another company installs it However my second install was smooth and quick. Juan and his partner were great.

The installers had me worried at first in that maybe I bought one that wouldn't fit. It did, they were good at getting the old one out, putting in the new lines and getting the new one running very quickly. It is a little off center (like maybe a 1/4" , yes very picky ) but level and quiet.

This Bosch dishwasher does a great cleaning job and so quiet, it's hard to tell it's working. It looks good too!

Install went smoothly and the installer did a great job from start to finish. He used a slide board to protect floor and new appliance. Also provided us education before leaving on using the new appliance.

Beautifully installed, very quick and professional installation. The gentleman who installed the dishwasher made sure it was flush and the reveals were dead on.

Tech arrived right on time after giving me a decent advanced notice. The installation only took around 20-25 minutes. He showed me how it operated and answered our questions before he left. I don’t know why the few installation comments I found on Best Buy’s website were negative. I found absolute nothing to complain about. I would recommend our installer to anyone who asks.

Our dishwasher was never delivered or installed after 2 appointments. The first of which they canceled at 5 PM, stating that the dishwasher was not there at the warehouse when they went to pick it up and then on December 4th waited home all day for them to deliver the dishwasher as scheduled and install it, and all we got was an installation kit. No dishwasher was ever installed or brought to the house. We got nothing but the runaround from Best Buy's customer service. They have not canceled the order as we asked them to since they obviously could not get it here and they have not removed it from the credit card. We will never go through Best Buy for anything again.
