The installers left without even leveling the dishwasher. Getting someone to come out after to do that task was a nightmare. Best Buy's Installation choice on their phone system takes you to some other country. The person I spoke with apologized literally 20 times before I told him to please stop. He set up a date for other installers to come out but when I said I couldn't do it on that date, he said that was the only date. I said "forever?". And he said, "yes, forever". I asked to speak to his manager or supervisor and he said that the manager/supervisor would have the same information. I insisted and he said that he didn't know the manager or supervisor's name. That's when I hung up.

Dishwsher install was reschedulef 4 times. Having to wait all day for the install and then no one shows up. Laminant plank was removed for dishwasher install and not replaced.

When installing they took water line loose sais the valve was leaking, had to wait and additional week. Then when the dishwasher was installed the door was hitting cabinet. Had to make adjustments myself to get it to work .

It took them a really long time to install everything and they didn't do it right the first time.

They delivered it but didn't level the dishwasher. I realized it and did it myself.

I had no major problems with this product, the instructions could be better, but it got the job done.

They went to the wrong address which was on the third floor. They carried the dishwasher one person on a dolly so then they had to go back down all three flights of stairs up another three flights of stairs and that's the dishwasher and oven that I got stuck with. I'm sure that was really great for my appliances. Also when I first got it the rinse! aid wasn't working at all So I had a guy from Whirlpool come and he said it was a fuse that was blown on a brand new less than a week old dishwasher. I wonder what else was broken on its adventure up and down all the stairs because the dishwasher sucks.

The installation was $167 initially, but once the guy got to the house he said he'd have to install another outlet for the dishwasher so we had to write another check for $75 once he was here. He was polite and have nothing against the installer, but the extra charge was irritating after already paying thousands for a new appliance bundle.

Wasn’t convinced these guys knew what they were doing.

They did well but gossiped about their employer to each other when I was in the other room.

Installers damaged counter top and messed up leveling leg. Had to order installers out of my home as they had no idea what they were doing. I unbent leveling leg snd retracted same and finished putting in place, connecting water supply, connecting drain hose, and connecting electric. Still waiting on insurance adjusters to come to house to correct and make this right…. Have been to store 3 times to get this corrected… still waiting!!! The installers were contracted by Best Buy… what a mess.

This was marked completed by Best Buy, when in fact the installation never happened. I've tried 7+ times to schedule this both online and through customer service and it gets systematically cancelled every. single. time. When I explain this to the rep, I'm told "no, this time it will work", "it's probably XPO cancelling it", or "that's weird, hopefully this time it works". All the while I'm going on 2 months of a whole lot of dishwasher not installed. Can I install it myself? Absolutely. But at this point it is principle.

Installation was a joke. They hooked it up but couldn’t figure out how to keep the disposal working. So they unplugged it and told us when we want to use to plug in and then unplug when done. Husband came home and fixed there install in 10 minutes and we didn’t have to plug and unplug the disposal when we want to use. Can just flip on off switch like before they installed the new dishwasher. Really bad! Paid for plumbing and electrical permits. They sent someone who has zero plumbing or electrical experience. Definitely not professional!! Waste of money paying for installation.

Dishwasher was installed wrong. The guys who installed my dishwasher wanted to do a modification but said they would only accept $100 cash or i needed to pay it to his personal cash app account. That just didnt seem right to me and if someone is going to do electrical work, they need to be certified to do so and it going to be paid properly with documentation just incase they do something wrong. Then i was told that someone can't come out until the 11th to fix this issue so i dont have a dishwasher for 3 weeks. Which is ridiculous since they messed it up in the first place.

We never had a dishwasher installed. We have a new range which we really like. However, the company that was to install the new range initially brought the wrong one. When they finally got the right one they refused to install the exhaust range hood because we have a tile backsplash. They had been notified in advance of the tile backsplash and we were told that it wouldn't be a problem. We had to hire our own contractor to install the hood and range.

To begin with the first dishwasher wasn't picked up with the deliveries and installer was there to Monday and could not get it done. The next install was scheduled for Monday but they did not tell us the time that they were writing and he could not be there before 11:00 or after 1:00. Now I'm getting phone calls from someone telling me that they don't do installs on Mondays so now I'm having a problem I will get with Best Buy on Wednesday in December

The installers were on time! They did an o.k. job! They said that they couldn't get the plug into the cabinet and wanted to charge me extra $! I was able to get the plug into my cabinet in seconds using the same hole. These people cannot think outside the box and only do what they were taught.

If you get installation included in the price or pay for it good luck getting it done in a timely fashion, Best Buy doesnt do installations of dishwashers so they have a 3rd party do it and they are not fast or professional so just be careful when adding installation, been almost 3 months and still no replacement dishwasher since the first one came damaged and 3rd party installer lost the damaged one and wouldn’t give a new one up until damaged one was found, I’ve finally told Best Buy to just drop off a new dishwasher and I’ll install myself, over waiting on there 3rd party joke companies

I had an email telling me that my installation was to be between 12&4 pm. Got a call at work from the installer at 9:30am said he was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes,I told him that there's not anyone at home ante that my time was for 12-4pm. He said that was not what he had and that I would have to set a new time , I told him I was not going to do that. He said that he would wait until someone was there but only for 30 minutes or so.he pulled the old dishwasher out only to find that I needed some more work to update to code before I could have it put in. Wanted to know did I want to sent it back or leave it in the floor. Was told that he could not do the updates. I found someone else to do the installation with the up dates . Now I have bestbuy calling me about 10 times to reschedule even after I told them I had it put in by someone else. Never again will I use them for an install. I wish I could give them 1 half star but you can't.

They said they installed it, and it looked okay, but the device wasn't properly attached and the dishwasher fell out after a few days. Had to make them come back and fix it. Still isn't completely fixed, but it'll do for now.
