The guys had to come back because they had to have a longer pipe.

Poorly and incorrectly installed. Called to express concern- did not get a promised call back or remediation of issue

Got hoses mixed up. Cold is hot water, took awhile to determine what the problem was

ok dishwasher.. but notice dishes are still wet or damp, even long after the cycle is done

The machine is fine, but the installation was quite honestly, terrible. The gentelman was nice enough, but had some significant challenges and ultimately caused some damage to our new machine (fixed it myself later). I elected to pay for installation due to a busy work schedule... I ended up having to take the machine out and do the install myself the following weekend to correct his mistakes and damage. Not a great experience to say the least. We will not use Best Buy install services again - exorbitant cost with very poor results. Note this was a third part installer, not a Best Buy employee.

I can’t even begin to say how bad our experience was with install. Best Buy is now using third party installers who have no clue what they doing. We had to hire a different professional out of pocket to fix the mess this “installer” made. You would not believe the horrible problems including leaving a water line unhooked with water shooting everywhere on the floor. I would give negative stars if I could. Never completed the install after all the mess.

Not to happy with the install service provided with the purchase. I had to reschedule 4 times in 1 week to get this completed. One of those times I took off work to meet the service guy and 2 hrs into to service window I received an email cancling the appointment and telling me to call and re schedule. Not good customer service.

We just recently ordered this. It is scheduled to be delivered on 1/15/2019

Two complete install visits to stop leaking into basement from bad drain install connection, and still not installed in opening properly. The dishwasher still is mounted crooked and on an incline tilting back which makes racks roll back automatically when unit is opened. Not worth dealing with installer again, could have fixed in one install, but in too big of hurry. Basically mounted it second time on an incline and left. The install company asked if I wanted a different installation tech the second time, only to get the same person who was already irritated. Cheap unit, bought online .. Never again .. stick with Lowes! This entire ordeal was for my 97 yr old mother, wo me this would have been a bigger nightmare.

Waiting for replacement at this time. Has an issue. Hoping to get it resolved soon.

Overall good installation but my tabletop isn’t same as before installation

Geek subcounter did good job installing. DDose nott dry as good as old dish washer.

While having my dryer reinstalled due to poor installation from Best Buy, I was informed that the washer is also poorly installed and might be a risk to spring a leak. The connection was not secured to anything and could come loose from repeated use. Nothing was mentioned to me at the time of install, the machine was simply hooked up, turned on, and then the installers left.

Very upsetting. Remodeled kitchen. Plumber and electrician hooked up respective parts that came with dishwasher. BB installers didn't want to level, or screw dishwasher in to finish install. Then wanted to pull it out all the way to attach some part to quartz top. I explained I wanted it attached to cabinets on side. Only had to pull out 3", they got mad and lead guy went to truck and stayed. The other one finally got it done correctly. They argued with me to get my dishwasher installed right. Very upsetting.

The guy was nice but messed up the door as it would not close. It was fixed eventually.

Communication was poor. They uphold 2 or 3 services after they removed the old dishwasher. I was forced to pay 3 times the quoted cost of installation once everything was taken apart and I had no choice but to accept the payment in order to get my installation done.

At first I loved my dishwasher, installation was a joke, geek squad dropped it off , well at my location theybare unable to install it, well website did not catch that so I had to wait 3 days for somone to come install the dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen. So after it was installed it stopped working less then 3 days after purchase. Once again covered under manfactue warranty so geek squad came to pick it up well they couldn't un-install it so once again I was stuck waiting for a second hand company to come and take it out then have geek squad drop off the new one and once again have a dish washer sitting in my kitchen, I have a 2year old curious child the dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen was a huge incovience. So this whole process took a little less then 6 weeks lets say ill never order from bestbuy again least not online.

We chose Best Buy for our appliances needs because they have a pretty impressive plan when comes to delivery and installation in addition to great promotional pricing. However, our installation experience was not that great as the installers ended up damaging the counter area adjacent to the dishwasher.

Came late to install, didn't call ahead. Installed the dishwasher and I had to pay $150 on top of the installation charge for valve that I didn't have before - I assumed (and still do, in good faith) it was needed... While doing that, they yanked my pipes so hard it crated a leakage in the back of the wall that is flooding my basement. After various calls, complains and "No Shows", they came yesterday. Took a look, identified the leakage and said "it's more than 3 feet away from installation", "you have poor plumbing", "not our fault", "call a plumber!". When I argued that the leakage happen same day after they installed, they said it was not their fault and "I just wanted someone else to pay for the damages". They were rude on the way out and really unprofessional. I'm calling my own plumber cause I have an emergency and I'll have to pay for it. Hopefully Best Buy will honor later. VERY UNHAPPY AND WORRIED!
