We ordered the installation service along with the purchase. The person helping the installation showed me that there is no water leakage from the front of the dishwasher and, yes, no water leakage at the front of dishwasher. However, my contractor came afterward and warned me that he saw the water leakage in the junction of dishwasher and water supply line. It will cause potential water damage if my remodel contractor did not find the leakage before we start to use the dishwasher daily. (Note: This is the place I purchased recently and the home inspection report shows no water leakage issue in kitchen area. There is also no any remodeling in the kitchen area. My contractor is doing only bathroom remodeling.)

If I could give NO stars I would, I can't review it. It was scheduled to be delivered on 6/3/22 and the outside delivery/installation company you use was too lazy call us or use google to identify our house. After many phone calls and a few hours of my time wasted it is scheduled to be delivered on 7/8/22. This is the worst customer service. We purchased a floor model on 5/28/22. Only one customer service representative apologized to us for the NON delivery and the length of time to wait for our new delivery and installation date. Maybe check with us again AFTER we finally receive our dishwasher

Horrible experience. They did not install the hose correctly and I had a leak all over my floor. Was told it would be a month for them to come back so fixed it myself

Two stars because the actual installer was great. But it took 3 separate 4 hour windows to get a successful installer to show up at my house. And that was only after I threatened to return the dishwasher. This is not a Geek Squad install and the company doing scheduling has no clue about Customer service.

The installation of the dishwasher was OK. I had to make adjustments after they left.

Installation was quick. Tech took old away and installed new within an hour.

I Don’t even want to give a star. My kitchen has water damage because of installation. When they disconnected the water line they didn't cap it and walked away without telling me. And they came back and told mwre there a is small leak when I checked, water was pouring out and I had to use every single towel I had to put there till they cap it. My back drywall is muddy now and water was coming out underneath the cabinet whole night and Best buy is not helping on it. Im so frustrated. And dishwasher was installed incorrectly that I have to redo it all over again.

The first installer scheduled walked into my house and said he couldn’t install. I had a very bad experience with this person. Next time Best Buy scheduled an installer no one showed. I contacted Best Buy and the customer service person had no explanation what happened other than it was canceled but no idea who or how it was canceled. I have a third appointment for installer to come next week? My expectations were 1. Select a dishwasher 2. Pay for the machine and installation 3. Have the dishwasher installed A month later, no installation.

I waited 6 hours and installer did not show with appliances. He came the next week but did not have the dishwasher . Best Buy rescheduled delivery of the dishwasher. I waited ANOTHER 8 hours and no one showed. I had to have someone go to Best Buy and pick up The dishwasher and install it ourselves . The install was difficult . I purchased fir Best Buy so that we could have everything delivered and installed. Best Buy talked us into purchasing the $200 year geek squad so that installs would be cheaper . We wasted so much money and time .

The dishwasher was delivered and installed but three days later a leak started. Took a second team to complain

Installers didn't show up or call the first install date. I was told they wouldn't be able to reschedule until 3 weeks later (after Christmas). Finally got an appointment before Christmas. They showed up after the time window. Installers broke shut off valve, had to call emergency plumber! I had the plumbers install the dishwasher because I didn't trust the installers to come back. Good call on my part because they didn't come back to haul away the old dishwasher till a week or more after Christmas. This installation company is not owned or operated by Best Buy. The sales people and appliance manager at Best Buy were super helpful and very efficient in resolving our reimbursement issues. Haven't received a check yet, but I know I can go back to my local Best Buy and they will bend over backwards to help me. Best Buy, Hamburg Place, Lexington,KY. Kudos to you.

had some tech issues and had to completely redo the installation with a different provide

The installer came over and installed the dishwasher on time and as scheduled. He ran a rinse cycle just to make sure there were no leaks and everything was hooked up properly, but, he left before the cycle was complete. When the cycle went to do the drain portion, the dishwasher shutdown, displayed an error and started beeping and wouldn't stop. We immediately called the installer and he said he knew what the issue was and that he would be back the following day to resolve/correct the issue. He asked that we to shutoff the electrical breaker that was feeding the dishwasher. He never called or showed up the following day or the next two months. Never heard from him. I had to go online and find the issue and correct the problem myself. Once I followed the directions found in multiple videos, the unit has worked without any incident since.

Paid Best Buy for professional install. The unit was installed by the Best Buy pro with a kink in drain hose behind sink wall. He said he checked it out and it worked great. On the VERY FIRST cycle the new dishwasher would not drain. Had to reschedule a re-install of unit. Best Buy wanted to junk the unit and install a completely new one (it just needed drain hose properly installed). Two weeks after paying for install, still didn't have a working dishwasher. I could have saved the money and screwed up the install myself. The second crew came out and Re-installed the dishwasher drain hose correctly.

The technician contacted me during the day and gave a 4 hour window. They did not show during that window, and called after saying he was 30 minutes away. It was after 8pm. 30 minutes passed, and he still hadn't shown. I called him back after an hour, and was sent to voicemail. He contacted me again at 9:30 PM and said he was on his way and he'd be there in 15 minutes. He never showed. I had to call the next day since they were closed, and didn't get another install date for a week! It was unacceptable and absurd that this was happening, and I can't trust or recommend Best Buy to send out a trustworthy technician.

Said they can't do it so had to find someone else.

Did not fit- floor boards removed & then did. Not the installer's fault.
