The dishwasher is coming out of its space. Not installed correctly or completely. Will need to get in touch & have them come out again after waiting for the product for five weeks.

Very disappointed and it really was a bad experience. First and last time I purchase installation services from Best Buy. They went to the house before the scheduled time without prior notice. To make matters worse, Best Buy informed that it could only reschedule next week and even then, it was done 2 days after what was agreed over the phone. I don't recommend it and once again: Very disappointed with BestBuy.

Dishwasher was installed by us and they did not haul away our old dishwasher. We were told we would get a call to reschedule and never received a call. We still need our old dishwasher hauled away. Product is good, just install did not go as planned.

Same group that installed the stove. Poor planning!

product is excellent, but the delivery, installation required extra costs and delays which felt like dime and nickeling, would not go through this know what I know now

The contractors best buy utilized drilled new holes instead of using the existing ones. They did not take the pans out of the cabinet or clean up the saw dust from their drilling. Items under the sink were removed and not put back. Just sloppy workmanship.

Love the dishwasher but installation was not very good

While the installation was done quickly and expertly, I was disappointed in the extra charges outside of the Best Buy Installation cost. They told me some modifications were needed. We ended up paying around $300 more.

Don't ever try to combine two accounts into one...like your wife's and yours...same address and everything...don't. I am still unsure which account has all of my years and years of purchase history...depending on the say, it flip flops. Is my data even safe? And don't bother trying to call 888 Best Buy...you wait and you wait and they hang up on you...Chatting? Forget that too. I regret buying my appliances at Best Buy. Just avoid Best Buy. I mean, look at my history of reviews...they were all 5s...until now. I cannot wait to shop anywhere but Best Buy. Is Best Buy even going to post my reviews (the last two) or are they cherry picking?

Kitchenaid dishwasher was installed by Bestbuy 1/6/23. It stopped working 2/18/23. I bailed out dirty water. Called Bestbuy/Totaltech. Said was warranty work. Called Kitchenaid. Part is not available and on backorder. No one has come to repair despite many calls to Kitchenaid. It smells because dirty water is probably still in areas I could not sop up and probably causing more damage. It has been 26 days since I first called Bestbuy and Kitchenaid and 22 days since they said they ordered the part.

The Installer’s arrived on time, but the installations involved removing the old dishwasher and putting in the new one. We needed to make a modification to the cabinet drawers next to the dishwasher because they chose not to use the same access openings and we needed to remove moldings in order to open the door all the way. These were two issues that could have been avoided with a little forethought on their part, both of which would cost extra if you don’t have the tools and skill to do it yourself and if you do, costs you time to fix at least. Also the draining at the end of the wash cycle is very loud. There must be something missing from the install that would dampen the sound.

Best Buy failed to come install. They cancelled my original delivery and installation and it would have been months before they were able to install the dishwasher and I needed the install to happen immediately. I scheduled the delivery date weeks in advance and then they cancel and don’t make it right. I then had to go drive an hour out of my way to go pick up the dishwasher and the drain hose was missing. I would highly recommend never ordering an appliance and having it delivered by Best Buy. Terrible customer service at the store. Online customer service from Ellen was great and appreciated.

Guess it came with the dw. It must be ok! Wish the dw was as good as the hookups.

Installation was horrible experience. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. I love my dishwasher though.

I purchased this in 03/30/22 with an original date of April 27th with installation. On the day of my delivery, one unit was damaged... I was told that a BestBuy rep would reach out to me to schedule for the replacement. That never happened. I reached out to BestBuy on April 28th for my delivery for my second unit with installation. May 2nd, my 2nd unit with the installation kit arrived but BestBuy did not re-book the actual installation from a tech. I have had 5 re-booked times with 5 cancellations by the reps themselves. I didn't get my second installation completed until May 24th

The dishwasher was NEVER installed. Technician said he couldn’t do it. So I need a refund of the install charge AND the take old machine away

The unit was not checked before it was delivered and the crew stated that the electrical box was broken on the back, it was missing a hose and they could not install it. We took off a day to meet with the installers and they would not even take it off the truck. If they could determine it was that damaged at my door step why did not they examine it before they delivered it? Best Buy was the worst on service for this problem. They told me they did not have any other dishwashers the same type and they had no models they could sell me for the same price. Wasted a day and got terrible customer service. I purchased a dishwasher and Best Buy could not deliver on the item or call me to cancel an appointment because the unit was so damaged, nor would they make it right by delivering another dishwasher. They still have not processed my refund.

They never showed up! The contracting company was scheduled three times to install the dishwasher. They made an excuse three times why they couldn’t install it!

Is it possible to give negative stars? Instead of attaching my dishwasher to the floor (correct) It was attached to a one inch piece of wood trim glued to my countertop. Now the dishwasher is falling out and the trim piece is ruined.

will take at least 5 different visits to install a dishwasher! 1) site survey 2) first attempt to install - you have a corian countertop and need a "cheesegrater" (special metal part) 3) "that won't work, you need to install a piece of wood to attach to" 4) visit to determine where wood should go (current stage) 5) have handyman install wood at my own cost and 6) **hopefully** install dishwasher.. and don't forget countless hours on the phone with Best Buy
