Overall I think this dishwasher is an excellent product. It is quite and cleans well. My only criticism is that it does not hold much if you wash pots and bowls in a load.

Best Buy apparently contracts the installation work out to a local company called MasterPro. First of all, I want to be clear that I am very satisfied with MasterPro and I am really happy with the quality of service they rendered. The delivery and installation are handled by the same professional crew and they even vacuum-cleaned my floor after installation/hauling away the appliances, so there was no traces of them even being there (other than the new dishwasher, of course)! Really neat. What I DO have a problem with is how Best Buy handled communications during the day of the install. I was booked for the 7am-1pm delivery/installation window so I get up really early that day, and then I was just left waiting. Best Buy customer service was useless when I tried to inquire for an updated arrival time after failing to hear from anyone all morning. At that point I was also not made aware that Best Buy has contracted the delivery and installation to a third-party, and I was given no instruction to contact the installation crew directly. Around noon I was given a heads-up by Geek Squad that the new delivery time will be after 1pm. I called Best Buy again in the afternoon around 3pm for an updated delivery window, and was told it will be for another 40 minutes. The crew finally arrived at 5pm, and it was only then I realized that delivery and installation were handled by a third-party. During dishwasher installation I was told by the installers that the old air gap needs replacing, which costs an extra $100. I ended up paying the fee because I really want the installation done ASAP. Replacing an old air gap should be a really common occurrence when replacing a dishwasher, so I am a bit disappointed that Best Buy did not make it clear when I made the purchase, instead of touting their potentially misleading "free installation" service for TotalTech members. Also, since the $100 air gap replacement charge was paid to the installers on-the-spot during installation, I was not able to make use of the 20% discount that would have applied with my TotalTech membership if the service was purchased through Best Buy.

Giving 4 stars because our installation got rescheduled 3 times before they were able to make it out to us, which put us behind a few weeks, but overall the crew was super friendly and efficient, which was a breath of fresh air from the mess we experienced with Home Depot. They did offer us a gift card for having to reschedule as well, which was super nice. Would highly recommend Best Buy.

The 2 guys that did the install knew what they were doing and installed the dishwasher quickly with no problems. They were very friendly and answered all questions. If I order more appliances from Best Buy I hope I get this installation team again, they did an excellent job!

The installer was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job of installing the dish. He took the time to explain how to use it and recommendations for cleaning. We were very happy with the work and installer. Also, he arrived on the date and time as scheduled, also he called 2 hours ahead of arrival.

The 2 guys who came to deliver and install my dishwasher were fast and professional. I had done all the prep work, clearing out the under sink cabinet and such. Within a few moments, they told me my plumbing connections were "non-standard", and they would have to charge me $150 extra to fix it and complete the installation. Note that I had already paid for dishwasher, warranty, installation kit, and installation,and waited 3weeks for appointment 2 days before Christmas. They did a good job, and had removed old DW and installed new one with a short operational demonstration in less than an hour. The 2 stars is because I felt like I had no choice but accept the extra charge, as the process of getting the appointment had been all on line and pretty difficult. There was no opportunity in the on-line process to know about what is "non-standard plumbing" and extra charges involved I could have done that work for far less money. $150 seems like a lot of money for 5-10 minutes of work, and $5-10 worth of plumbing parts, when I had already paid $50 for install and $30 for dishwasher install kit. I didn't argue at the time, because it was right before Christmas, and I even gave the guys an extra $50 because I live 2 hours away from their pick-up point. But for those who can't afford it, it would be an unpleasant experience.

The installation team was absolutely fantastic. Very organized, knowledgeable, efficient and immaculate.. They actually cleaned up after themselves. The best we have had at our home. Even the supervisor was there. Never had that happen before. Just great !

I purchased installation of my new Fridgidaire Gallery Dishwasher from Best Buy. The crew was great. It was a challenging install as the original d/w had been installed rather peculiarly but they were able to get everything to work. The same crew installed my refrigerator, washer and dryer. Very professional. And they cleaned up after they were done. You couldn't tell any work had been done except for the sparkling new appliance.

It took two attempts to install my new dishwasher. The first installer brought the dishwasher to my home and declared that we needed a drain line extension before he could install the new dishwasher. He told me I would need a plumber to add the drain line extension. He could not do it. The plumber removes a drawer and the drain line extension is there, just not hooked up to old dishwasher. So I paid for a plumber that I did not need because the first installer was lazy. Best Buy sent out a different installer to complete my job. I’m happy with the second installer but the first installer did not care. All he had to do was remove a drawer to determine if the drain extension line was there but he didn’t. Lazy!!!!!

The guys did a fantastic job regarding the installation, clean up & then removal of my old dishwasher! I am a very satisfied customer !

Two fellows came out, one was in training. They were great and got the dishwasher up and running. I know was a chore for them and it took longer than they expected. It was not your usual dishwasher installation. It looks great and is level! The old dishwasher was not level.

The installation by the Best Buy appointed installers went very well. They were very professional and quick.

It was installed in working order, but it was not level, so the towel bar jutted out way beyond the adjoining cabinets. With a phone call, we made a date for them to send a new service person, who fixed the levelers in the back/bottom. Perfect! We are thrilled with the dishwasher. The way it's been designed with 3 levels is fantastic. And the rotating water spouts, at the upper level, assure that every thing is cleaned to our satisfaction.

Technician had to remove first dishwasher because it didn't fit, and then install new dishwasher, which he was able to do. He let me know when he was coming, and was on time. Very much appreciated!!

Works great cleans well the only thing I didn’t understand when it says it ok to use the pods. They told me to only use powder
