Nightmare. I bought this for my vacation home 2 hours away. You had to be there and they only deliver there Mondays. Major inconvenience-I’m a doctor. My husband had to take a day off drive 1oo miles. Then it was installed too high so the buttons couldn’t be accessed. Had to hire a local company to go fix it unless we wanted to repeat the Wednesday fiasco. Will NEVER USE BST BUY FOR VACATION HOME AGAIN!!

First of all, the installation was done on the day BestBuy committed; but it took so many phone calls before a friendly in-store service lead who told me that she would come over now to get it done. What happen was the scheduled service was supposed to be done in the morning hours (before noon), after noon come and gone, I still didn't hear from Best Buy. I called the service desk and they bounced me around. Making a long story short, the final service lead (a lady) told me that they should have called me to inform the technician scheduled for the task was sick and not working, they don't have anyone covering either. In any case, she was nice enough to come over herself from the Chandler Fashion Center store to my house about 3 miles away within 20 min to help us install the new unit.

I purchased the Total Tech service, which is advertised as a premium product. I waited months for our dishwasher to arrive, when it did, they delivered and installed it, but the dishwasher leaks when draining. It damaged our kitchen floor and the ceiling of our basement. I understand that things happen, but I spent hours on hold with the installation team/Geek Squad and no one seemed interested in getting the situation corrected. Kept getting transferred and spoke to 4 or 5 people. None of them seemed to care about the issue. Highly disappointed.

The young men who installed the whirlpool diswasher did a terrible job. I had to pay someone to come out and correctly install the appliance.

Had one of my dishwashers installed and they left without having me sign anything which perhaps is normal these days, but just had the box delivered and no install on this.

Was not installed correctly and would lean when I’d open the door. Had to have someone else come out and install correctly

Sacramento California- one team dropped off the new dishwasher, another team came to install the dishwasher, but stated they couldn’t, a third team came to pick up the old dishwasher. Had to hire a plumber to actually get the dishwasher installed. Was told all of this could’ve happened over the weekend but had to have weekday appointments. Communication with dispatch was very challenging, and unrealistic time windows were problematic.

Product didn't work once installed had to buy a whole new dishwasher.

Installation of the KitchenAid dishwasher was good professionally.

First installers said the original dishwasher ordered was too small for the space and damaged our countertop. Store ordered a larger dishwasher as per installer's advice, waited two months for it, and second installer said the new dishwasher ordered was too large and we should keep the first one. Tried unsuccessfully three times to see if the second dishwasher was returned back to the warehouse...no one knew for sure after 4 days. Last attempt the agent hung up on me after trying for about 15 minutes to find out.

Counter top damaged, initial water issue, polite guys

I ordered the dishwasher they didn’t have it in stock. Said they would call me when installing could be done. Got a automated call for me to call them. Figured I would get a live person calling me but that would be great customer service . I tried on 3 different occasions was on hold for 45 min plus. Didn’t have that much time to waste. Was working and unfortunately the install was for my work. The third time I called I waited for 30 minutes. The person I spoke to said the dishwasher that I bought was given to someone else. I only called because Best Buy associate in store told me too. Finally after me waiting for an hour and talking to associate. He finally got it done for me. My advice for install is this. If they can give you date for install. Don’t do it

Installation was not completed correctly. Dishwasher was leaking 1 hour after installer left . I called back and was told they couldn’t come back for 6 days. Day before appointment, the person called and said repair was not needed and installer company needed to come back and person at best buy who took my call the first day didn’t “do their job correctly “ When I called again to get it installed correctly, it is now almost 3 weeks before they will come back. So very disappointed

The first install by Geek Squad was not done correctly. Communication before install was great and installer arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the machine started leaking. It took a week to get Geeks back to check on leak, but they discovered the first installation was not done correctly.

Never showed up had to install myself. First dishwasher may have worked but they left ties on it when installed. Second one well they just never showed had to pay someone to uninstall my dishwashers even broken one

I cannot speak to how well they might have installed our dishwasher because they refused. We were not asked or told about any specific needs that had to be met or accommodated for the installation of a new dishwasher where our old one was removed. We did not have the correct hookups in their estimation (which they only did a quick look) so they refused to install. My husband ended up install the dishwasher himself with very little changes necessary to complete a successful install.

It took 3 visits to get the dishwasher installed. The first crew would not wire the unit. The second could not remove the old dishwasher. I had to have an electrician come to install a plug. The last visit was successful

Well, not sure how many stars to give. COVID19 and Best Buy's response to the virus meant no install. The only reason I purchased this dishwasher was GE had free installation. I could have saved a bit buying a different machine and installing it myself. As it turns out, I had to install it myself. The directions for the washer were not very good and the extended warranty might be impacted by not having it installed by Best Buy (I hope not). I still have the old washer sitting in my garage because they are not doing the hall away either. Not sure why they can just pick it up off my driveway. I think BestBuy needs to think this through a bit more.

The actual installation was okay except the dishwasher was missing a couple of critical pieces and they did not catch it and so the dishwasher was not usable for a couple of weeks. I recommend only because of we had done it on our own it would have been even worse to deal with the issue.

The salesman advised that we would probably need to update our water shut off, which would require a plumber and a permit. He was supposed to give us a referral so a plumber could start that process. Instead some young kids showed up from the plumber/vendor with the dishwasher. They quickly realized they’d need a permit (duh) which the kid (I doubt he’s old enough to drink) said would be “really expensive.” I asked them to put the dishwasher in the basement, but they wouldn’t, they just left it on the back porch for anyone to steal. We had to move it ourselves
