Seemed like best buy wanted to send their geek squad over third party installer but people they send seemed like they were learning too. They did ok job not bad but it took them long time to figure it out. They didn't explain us how to use new dishwasher and their features.

I would not use Best Buy again for dishwasher installation. They offer one installation kit that is not universal. My dishwasher is operating using an extension cord so I can use my garbage disposal. Their 3rd party installer would not use an install kit that I purchased from Home Depot, as instructed by Best Buy. I made many calls to Best Buy and in my opinion, they are unable to address install issues besides returning the item.

Installer looked at the existing setup and immediately declare he couldn't install it. Gave 2 reasons and then packed up. Did not try to remove old dishwasher (paid for removal). Unloaded the new dishwasher and left. I was able to install the dishwasher without any issues on my own.

I attempted to purchase a KitchenAid dishwasher from Best Buy, but the one they sent from the warehouse was damaged when it was unboxed on the delivery truck. It had to be sent back, and the one I ordered couldn't be delivered until 5 weeks later. I canceled the order and went to Lowe's to get a comparable Whirlpool dishwasher. It was on sale, which enabled me to add a 5-year warranty, and it will be delivered 2 weeks earlier than Best Buy's first *potential* delivery date (i.e., it's not a scheduled delivery date, it's a "maybe by then" date that could not be confirmed).

First aborted install, which included delivery; Jan 11th after the Jan. 6 purchase. There was a minor plumbing discrepancy which they would not attempt to repair. Subsequent installations: Feb. 1, Feb. 15, Mar 1, and Apr 5. Today is Mar 3. Complete no-shows on two of those days. A drive by where the truck was seen to stop in front of our house, and the passenger on the truck apparently took a picture, then left. Note that their eight-hour notification window is a total insult, especially when there is NO call. Will be cancelling the sale, if it is not satisfactorily installed within the week.

My service was not complete. I have a non working dish washer since October. They said I need a longer hose. Best Buy was out of stock every where. I found one at Lowes, called Best Buy to reschedule and they were having issues, said they would call me back. Never did. I have called multiple times and it is now December and I still don’t have a working dishwasher even though I paid for installation and for them to haul away my old one.

Ordered on January 26, could not get an answer on constant resheduling a time to install. Finally in April someone came out and they told me they could not install. Called a plumber and he had no problem installing. Will never again buy anything from Best Buy. Their sub contractors suck. Could never get a manager by phone to complain could only get a third party to talk to. Terrible customer service.

The day we were supposed to have our installation, we got a call saying they were overbooked. Thankfully though we had a great worker at Best Buy who helped us pick it up ourselves that day and took care of refunding any costs the inconvenience caused.

Left a leak and knew it I had to call customer service to see what to do they told me to call a plumber I would be reimbursed for it I showed everyone the bill for $368 and now no one wants to reimburse me for it I am a recent widow in buying this product from Best Buy has been very stressful in my time of morning I am not happy at all with Customer Service if you tell someone you’re going to reimburse them you should

First installation was completed by a geek squad person who damaged the dishwasher during installation. Through the process of trying to schedule a new delivery best buy set up 3 separate deliveries - none of which seemed to have any coordination whatsoever from Best Buy. They would tell me a date/time and then I would call to confirm it and they would tell me they had no record of a delivery. Only for me to call back later and get the same date/time from a different person. One of third party installers called me to ask me what was up with my order?!? How does that even happen. The second third party installer which Best Buy told me was cancelled went great when dealing directly with the third party.

APPRECIATE BEST BUY'S FLEXIBILITY ON THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.

Not impressed overall. The team was on time, courteous and the removal and install went quickly. Unfortunately, they did not stay long enough to see their repair was leaking. The leak was small but over the hour plus that the dishwasher ran the leak let what seems like a gallon of water into the cabinet under the sink. BestBuy stood behind the installation offering an appointment a week later. We contacted a plumber who described a possible fix. We fixed the leak ourselves. BestBuy has sent us a $50 gift card for our troubles.

The delivery was average once the delivery team showed up.

I had this new dishwasher installed and ever since it non stop stinks very bad, after doing some research looks like if you don't loop the hose correctly you have this issue. it was end of day and im pretty sure this was the last job so they wanted to quickly get out.

We wouldn’t know. The installation hasn’t happened yet. It was scheduled for September 20, 2022 but on the day installation was supposed to happen, it was discovered that the unit was damaged. It was rescheduled for October 6, 2022, but on that day we were informed that the dishwasher was damaged. We don’t know if that was a second dishwasher or the first one, but we still didn’t get our dishwasher despite already making payments on it. Now it’s scheduled for October 19, 2022.

Dishwasher was not installed flush with cabinets. It stuck out from the counter and was crooked. Best Buy sent a different installer, a commercial company called Quality Kitchens that did a new install. Quality Kitchens was perfect, the Geek Squad was below average

Got rid of my old unit for $15, saved me a trip to the dump

Technician did not use the materials and now my dishwasher is leaking.

Very rude Installation person. He opened the cabinet under the sink and pointed. I tried to explain that I recently had prostate surgery and I could not do it. He just walked away. Then he took measurements and said the new dishwasher would not fit, even though it is the same size as what is installed. Then he could not get the old dishwasher out. He was not motivated to do anything but the simpliest of installations. It only took 15 minutes to get the old one out. Ended up returning the whole thing and purchasing from a competitor, who removed and installed with no issue
