Technician did not use the materials and now my dishwasher is leaking.

Best Buy did not install my new dishwasher. They brought it in and left it sitting in the middle of my kitchen, telling me that I would need additional plumbing done in order to install the dishwasher. They had me sign something that they said would be used to issue a refund of the installation fee but it was never processed. I've learned my lesson and will never ask for installation from Best Buy again. Sadly, i paid over $200 for that lesson.

Not a smart dishwasher. Doesn’t go thru full cycle

On multiple occasions, third party installers who were contracted by Best Buy came out to install out Dishwasher. On both occasions, they were unable to properly install. Best Buy needs to reevaluate who they are sending and ensure that those who are properly trained render the installation. We are still working with Best Buy in order to resolve the matter. This is indeed disgraceful.

Terrible service. Had my dishwasher installed in January, it is now September, and my dishwasher still does not work. It has leaked all over my kitchen and I’ve had many people from both Best Buy and whirlpool come out just to say it was the error of the installation tech. Extremely unsatisfied as Best Buy had given me such a difficult time with fixing the installation issue or even returning the item that has never worked. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Been given the run around for 8 months now. Will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again

A husband and wife team can to do our install. As we ordered multiple appliances the husband left the wife to install the dishwasher. It was apparent the husband was more experienced and was training th wife. Several days after they left we began to smell water. She did not tighten all of the connections in he dhawasher and the water had been running continuosly. Because of the insulation in the diahwasher the water did not come out onto the tile. As a result it took over a week for is to identify the problem and by the time we did our service warranty had expired. We ended up with $100 service call from our home warranty to make sure everything was working properly. Terrible. I will never buy a large appliance requiring install from Beat Buy again.

Horrible experience with 3rd party installer screwing up install and trying to sell me a drip tray for $50 in cash on the side. Left front door wide open when they left!

Dishwasher install on Nov 12, 2018. It wasn’t completely done. It’s been a nightmare trying to get this install which we’ve completely paid for completed. I’m on the phone for the third time today. This time for 56 min waiting for confirmation and a time for tomorrow’s supposed install completion. I’ve been passed from person to person. It’s now 9:15 pm and I’m still on hold. Obviously no one is coming to the phone now. I think Best Buy owes me for my time today. This is the third huge problem with an installation by Best Buy. I completely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service. And I purchased service plans so I’m stuck with this terrible service. Please call me ASAP.

I have tried twice to have dishwashers delivered and installed in the last month. Both times the truck would arrive, they looked at the kitchen and tell me that they would not install the new appliance because 1. there are granite counter top and they did not want to try because they might not be able to do it. or 2. they do not carry ANY connectors to replace from copper tube to braided hose. Then I was told that I had to have a contractor come in and do there work. I have never had a problem with replacing appliances before when I paid for PROFESSIONAL delivery and install. NOTE: I have cancelled the dishwasher, stove and fridge that I was to have bought and had installed. Best Buy needs some new company to do their installs if they want to sell large appliances!!!

Began beeping (alarm) during wash cycle when installer was present. Told me that this was due no soap being added to unit. Not true! Bad CPU in washer and unit did not completely fill with water. Had to send unit back. Installer had left before we realized unit was defective.

This was a replacement of a similar WhirlPool dishwasher. I was hoping just maybe the other machine had some defects. But, this dishwasher isn't doing any better. The dishes aren't dry, they are not that clean. I had to have a technician come out 2 weeks after having the machine.

Not happy at all. The gentleman who installed it was nice but currently have a steady leak where the dishwasher is connected to the waterline. I will never buy another appliance from best buy as the installation crews are not licensed plumbers or certified in anyway. Need to hire a plumber to fix the leak and will have water damage to the cabinets in that area that need replacing. Not happy at all i would give a negative score if i could

Beware! If you live in the SF Bay Area, don't have Best Buy install your dishwasher. After installation, dishwasher displaying error code and will not work properly. Called BB and they sent them back out. Installers said they were "not authorized" to cut the hose (error code indicated hose was maybe too long). So they pawned it off on manufacturer. Manufacturer is going to point the finger at installation. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a brand new dishwasher that I cannot return because it is after 15 days. Terrible.

Your technician busted a water pipe under the kitchen sink so was unable to took up dish washer until a plumber can get there to fix the leak. No water until leak is fixed.

Charged me an extra 180.00 to install a 20.00 valve I let them use my shop vac to clean up they stole the nozzle off it

The guys who came to install the dishwasher were very nice. But the thing is, I ordered a stand alone dishwasher that DOES NOT REQUIRE INSTALLATION. I have been trying for MONTHS to get a refund as this service was not necessary and so I should not have been charged $162 for installation. Best Buy has told me twice that they applied the refund, but on the next month's credit card statement, there was no refund. I've now been on the phone with BestBuy again for an hour and 6 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE REFUND ME FOR THIS SERVICE NO ONE COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!

My initial experience with our dishwasher was a nightmare. Delivery guys appeared to need more training. Not properly installed. The dishwasher stuck out too far from the cabinets. When they carried out the old dishwasher, all the old water spilled out onto our hardwood floors. They also hit and damaged our new front door taking it out. It’s possible they accidentally installed an open boxed item that was returned instead instead of a brand new one I ordered. BestBuy corrected and immediately replaced.

the WORST experience ever. Not only has my installation appointment been rescheduled multiple times, but I also had to have the installer come back when it finally was installed since there was a leak in the hookup under my sink. To make matters worse, no one came to pick up the appliance for the haul away so I had to pay someone else to get it.
