    Took 3 visits to install properly. I even had to go to the hardware store to get enough parts to finish the first botched effort to install.

    I do NOT recommend having best buy install a dishwasher. My dishwasher isn't secured to the cabinet and moves when you open and close the door. In addition, they broke the molding in my cabinet and simply propped it up so I wouldn't find it until they left. I reached out to best buy about the issue and have not heard anything from them. To me, this means they could care less once they have your money. I'm so disappointed in their installation service and the company as a whole.

    Couldn’t utilize the dishwasher for the first two weeks because it did not work . When asked for accommodations they said they would send me $100 gift card which I have not yet received

    Installers never showed up to install. Bestbuy customer service lied and said the store didn’t have the dishwasher. The dishwasher was at the store the whole time. Took two weeks to reschedule and messed up my new floor when installed

    3rd party BBY used was the worst experience I’ve ever had. On the day delivery was expected (after 2 delays prior) they called a few hours before the end of window to inform me their system was down. They said they would come the next day. Would you believe they didn’t show up? I got stuck going back and forth between BBY total tech reps and the 3rd party trying to get it installed and finally requested a refund.

    Loved that BB offered free installation but when my dishwasher was delivered it was damaged. Install company pointed it out and didn't install, which was appreciated. But getting BB to reorder new unit was tremendous pain and setting up new installation also sucked.

    Tech showed up with dishwasher, took one look, and said "you probably have the existing dishwasher directly wired into the circuit. This one requires a plug, so I'll have to install one for you for $130." He shrugged and added that my alternative is to send him away, install one on my own, and have to take another day off of work to have him come back to install the dishwasher. I opted to have him install the plug, even though I know that the price was exceptionally high for what I was getting. The Best Buy description of this service does not mention that this might be an upcharge at the time of installation. I feel somewhat misled.

    The installer was great. But we got a phone call the day before our appointment telling us that they would have to reschedule because there would be no one in our area the day of our appointment. Luckily they came the next day but, 11 days is too long to wait.

    Although the job of installation was workmanlike, the installers were rude and pushy. No one told me that they would charge to put in a socket, or else walk with the dishwasher.

    I would give you zero stars if that were possible. The installers showed up a day late with no notice and our new dishwasher was installed with a big dent in the door. The follow-up with Best Buy to make this right was a nightmare involving many hours of unhelpful phone calls over quite a few days to make this right. It took a threat of charging back the purchase price on my credit card to get a call from someone who actually was concerned and worked with me to reach an acceptable solution. Beware.

    I had an appointment scheduled with "Pacific Kitchen and Home", a week prior. Everything was alright, until their scheduling team changed the installation time, a day before. No one called about the change. I got 1 email, and it was about a confirmation of the change. Something I didn't authorize or agree to... No alternate dates offered either. The 1800 number wasn't helpful at all. I was on hold for nearly an hour, before someone could track down my order. And when they did, they said that the package was already on the truck and it was too late to change. ????????????? Luckily, I was able to move a few things around, in order to accommodate the delivery team. Thanks a lot, Pacific.

    Installation was a nightmare. It took several weeks to get item and many appointments to have installed. Missing parts for my lines and the installers where not a dishwasher installer. They did a decent job but ultimately is a issue with who best buy is hiring.

    We had some issues with the installation, but because it was outsourced to another company, we had a really hard time getting the repair done. We wound up having to have someone else come in.

    BEWARE of Dishwasher Installer

    As the norm for installing Dishwasher, the installer from NBT Installation, check for the water line underneath the sink, and for some reason after 5 minutes, he found the shut off valve was missing, and mind you, the other piece where the missing valve was attached is very clean, meaning it can not have been missing for a long time. He proceeded to offer to add a new valve for $150.00 and gave me a discount of $30.00. This is a CON and a Rip off, because he will not be able to install the dishwasher without that.

    Had a noon to 4 delivery time scheduled. They called at 5 min to 4 and said they will be there in a half hour. The previous day, a woman from their office called to confirm. Then, at the last minute, she told me I needed a permit for the replacement and install. She said she would take care of it and to send a check of $48 with the installation guys. I did. Last call to the city, told me that no permit was ever filed. I tried calling installer's office 4 times in the past 3 weeks and always get a machine and never a return call. I either want them to file the permit like they promised, and send me proof, or I want my $48 dollars returned to me. I feel like I've been scammed.

    The installers came and looked at the water supply and said I need a reducer fitting and they couldn't install it. The said after I got the fitting I could call and reschedule for them to come back. I can't believe they had no fittings with them. I went to the hardware store and got the fitting and just installed the dishwasher myself. Check to make sure your water supply is 3/8in otherwise you'll have to reschedule if you want the professionals sent in a Ryder rental truck to install your dishwasher.

    Customer Service Disaster - frustration!

    New dishwasher purchased by best buy and installed by geeks quad was improperly installed. Installer did not run it before leaving. I have now spent over 90 minutes either on hold ( approx 70 min) or explaining the situation multiple times to multiple people trying to get someone to come out and repair a mistake he made. At one point I was told someone would be out today and then I was transferred and had to start again on hold and explaining the situation AGAIN and was told it would be another 3 days until it could be addressed. Will again have to take a full afternoon off work to wait to have them fix a mistake they made installing it in the first place. Very frustrating!
