Very very quite dishwasher. Third rack is a bit over rated. Have to remove it for tall glasses like tumblers to fit. So far the dishes have come out very clean. Can't usually even tell that it is running except for a small blue LED that is on.,turns white when done with a quiet chime when complete. Door has a solid feel and a a nice solid latching mechanism. The handle is solid and handy as a towel bar. All and all pretty satisfied.

The installation by the Best Buy appointed installers went very well. They were very professional and quick.

The installers were exceptional, as this was my third attempt at installation. They were able to successfully connect to my existing system for no additional charge. Needless to say, I tipped them well. For those who've had issues, I recommend calling the service center beforehand to ask for more qualified installers.

Installers came prepared. They quickly surveyed the situation, removed the old washer and set up the new one. They tested it and showed us how to operate it. They cleaned up their stuff and handled the paper work. Very professional team!

The installation guys were excellent in installing the dishwasher and giving us some good instructions.

Sales person was great. Helpful, Curtis went out of his way to fix everything. The way it should definitely be back to buy more and probably ask for him. If he's there. The boys hit me there every day which is great anyway. Yes, experience was wonderful. Only thing is I think maybe he left off a barbed number 5 when I bought it on the left of the first transaction was reversed to get something different. I don't know, but I'd love to win the $400. Went back to Whirlpool after a few years of Bosch. Runs quiet. I love the hidden buttons, no chance of bumping into them unintentionally. Numerous cycles to choose from depending on the amount of dishes and dirt. Not fond of the stainless but I picked it. Not the machine's fault.

Definitely an upgrade from my previous dishwasher. This one does a great job and is extremely quiet.

Jon was our service technician that installed our dishwasher. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product. He did a great job explaining the operation of the dishwasher. Very courteous and friendly. Completely cleaned up the work area and took away all the trash that was involved with the delivery. Two thumbs up

This was used to professionally install my dishwasher. Everything was installed properly and works great. The installer was very knowledgeable. My only concern is the moldy smell that is lingering still inside after only two uses. I don't know if this has to do with its installation or the brand.

I have always had great success with appliances and installation with Best Buy. The dishwasher install was fast, friendly, and extremely thorough. I would do it again in a heartbeat! He removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one and made sure that it worked properly, and carried the old dishwasher away. Fabulous!

The two men here to install the dishwasher were extremely personable, polite and experienced. They were constantly concerned with protection for the dishwasher and the surroundings in our home. They got it right the first time (no leaks and correct operation). They were very patient in explaining the operation and controls. They cleaned any packaging debris and even cleaned fingerprints on the dishwasher, It was a pleasure to have the here.

Installed, with no issues. It's not quite straight, but they said that was b/c the last one wasn't straight. I probably wouldn't have noticed it, except they pointed it out to me. So seems like honest work.

When the dishwasher was delivered, he wouldn't install it, because he didn't like the plumbing it would attach to. After the plumbing was upgraded, the installation was done timely and easily. We appreciated that he wouldn't install if the plumbing was likely to fail soon.

Loved getting so many updates. Install was quick and loved that it was part of total tech and less than the grumpy plumber would charge. Installer came when they said they would, no waiting around. Also another store said they couldn't get the install parts, but that wasn't an issue with Best Buy

The installers did a fine job, especially considering that the wiring in my mother's house is over 50 years old.

I love my dishwasher and I did a lot of research before purchasing it. So I already knew going in that the only way the dishes would dry completely is if you a) use Jet dry and b) use the sanitize option. I am perfectly fine with using those two. It's my first dishwasher ever and I believe that it runs very quietly. I only wish that it had more space, but from what I can tell from other dishwashers, that is a common complaint.

The team was on time, and performed a quick installation. Dishwasher functions perfectly and works great.
