    The guy left grease smears in the door and the valve leaked a little. The leak was an easy nut tightening. Good install, just some little details were missed that some not so handy customers might have had a bigger problem, like ruined cabinets.

    Installed the dishwasher incorrectly which created a water leak. Actually was on the phone over 2 days for close to 4 hours total with no resolution to this issue. I had to drive to the store and demand this issue was corrected. It was done within 3 hours. Should have been installed correctly the first time and your customer phone service and a Geek Squad are poor, poor, poor

    Lost unit, waited several weeks for them to find it. Finally installed, only to find a leak under our sink that destroyed our wood. Ripped out and replaced wood. Unit was not level. Removed unit to adjust legs only to find out the installers removed the freaking insulation. I will NEVER allow another best buy installer into my home. An absolutely nightmare! Spare yourself and hire a REAL professional to install or just do it yourself. Lesson learned.

    I’ve had many, many appliances installed by Best Buy and this was the first one I had issues with. Took three different dates and a a lot of playing phone tag to get it done.

    The installers showed up and pulled out my old dishwasher to install my brand new Samsung dishwasher. However with the waterline where it was they couldn’t install it without first having a plumber out. No big deal. They pushed it back in and I had a plumber out 2 days later. Come to find out, the installers broke my water line when they pulled out the dishwasher so it flooded part of my basement and ruined part of my basement ceiling. I ultimately hired someone outside of Best Buy to install (and repair the damage).

    Supposed to install on delivery DID NOT! On rescheduled install date installer a no show, received email after 3PM after waiting all day, no phone call, advising install to be rescheduled. TERRIBLE customer service for install. Not all parts for install arrived w/delivery. Best Buy will loose customer base if this non-existent management style persists. It is like no one cares about the customer who is paying for the services.purchase date July 2021; install date to be 11/2421. Still waiting

    The installer was very nice. Unfortunately, the Kickplate too short in height; installer to come back in a week to finish the job. That was on Dec. 23,. 2020 I have called the installer and left message with no reply. I then contacted The Geek Squad & they got me an appointment for Jan 22, 2021 at 2:30. Received a call that it would be between 12-8:00 PM. I received another call & A repairman & asked what problem we were having and got the model # & serial # of the unit & said he was on his way to pick the kickplate up & get back with me.

    The installer threw away trim kit and insulation pieces. The unit was crooked and poorly installed.

    You could see it wasn’t level. I couldn’t believe a professional installer couldn’t take the time to get out his level.

    The actual installation of the dishwasher was fine. The original appointment was cancelled by the installer. The 2nd appointment was scheduled for a week later between 8-12 AM and the installer called to say he was coming at 6 PM. When they unpacked the dishwasher, it had a crack at the top of the door. I agreed to have it installed after Best Buy offered a price adjustment. It took about 6 different calls over a 3 week period to get my credit back from Best Buy. Bad overall experience from the installation service to Best Buy customer service. I had a previous bad experience with them years ago with other appliances and it looks as if nothing has changed since then. Would not recommend them.

    The installer was a nice guy, but had little skills. I also got a wall oven, and had to properly install it with proper support floor. Otherwise, it would have collapsed in the cabinet!

    Let’s just say Best Buy has no business being involved with the sale and installation of appliances. They have come to my house 4 times. Never bringing the piece that was needed and included FREE as a promotion with my purchase. I spent over 15 hours commutative on the phone and STILL NEVER HAD A RESOLUTION. absolutely terrible, horrible and many other words I won’t say.

    Late arrival!!!!! Notice about delay actually emailed about the same time delivery arrived. Attempts to reach Best Buy via phone unsuccessful. Building assessed purchaser $50 house rules fine because elevator padding and garage access ended up outside window for Saturday deliveries. Best Buy has not responded to request for reimbursement if the fine due to its late delivery.

    1st time coming out, installers said we needed a longer hose that we could buy on our own or they could charge us an additional fee to replace there on the spot. Difference of $115. Even though we had had free delivery & installation. We bought hose on our own and the 2nd installers came out a week later just to say they couldn't do it. Sad no return phone call from customer service.

    Sadly, these were young guys trying to help each other learn how to do it. They were very nice and tried their best! They were here for over an hour trying to get it to fit, etc.

    Bought 2 appliances and requested installation. Refrigerator was installed and, when they were ready to do the dishwasher, they told me they couldnt installed and left. It took me more than two weeks to get the dishwasher finally installed.

    Refused to do install because a line they wasn't touching (already connected to the sink) was bad. There was a separate line for the dishwasher that was fine. They also was refusing to put the dishwasher in the empty space made for it because they didn't want to take it out of the box. Your job is installation if you don't want to install it, at least put it in the location and not try to leave it in the middle of the floor for the customers to take care of.

    Sometimes it wants to work and sometimes it doesn’t. Don’t really use it and water started leaking from it out the blue

    I Always buy my appliances at Best Buys over the last 25 years, normally I will install them, but since this was a remote rental house I paid extra to have it installed, they said since the home had granite countertops and the brackets couldn't be moved that there was no way to install it properly, hard to believe, now I have to hire someone else to finish the job and why didn't try to use the old dishwashers bracket? or they didn't care enough, Ugh!
