delivery was awful. installation crew showed up and said we “needed a part” which they would only accept cash payment for before they would “install”. the thing is, on purchase we were required to purchase a permit but installation crew couldn’t even properly install the dishwasher so we are getting notices from the city and have to hire someone else to “install”. will never again purchase from best buy. would pick no stars if i could.

The delivery/set-up people left without running a cycle to be sure it ran properly. The first time I used it the water wasn't enough to clean the dishes because the drain hose wasn't hooked up properly and the water ran through the floor into my basement. I called to report the problem and no one ever got back to me. My husband ended up fixing it himself after a couple of days of waiting. Very disapointed.

The installers were very nice and did a great job even though they showed up 2 hours late with no phone call I also had to wait 4 weeks to even get a appointment but I got it free during a promotion not worth paying for

Our installer was a nice guy and did his best, but there were some problems. Then, BestBuy wouldn't make right what had gone wrong. We were disappointed, particularly given the amount of merchandise we had just purchased. Oh well.

I canceled install and got my money back because when I purchased my dishwasher I was told their guy would take it out. He got there and he did not. I had to ask him to just leave the dishwasher and possible to call him back when I got the cabinet out. My original time was 12-4 and he came early at 9. He told me yeah but not to call him after noon because was off at 2. I found that rude as he was scheduled until 4 regardless. I ended up installing the dishwasher myself and saved $159

The scheduling of each component (hauling away , uninstalling, installing at a later date as requested by myself, not being able to remove provided section in wood floor to enable to uninstall dishwasher after being told by employee who was to follow the entire process beginning to end) was totally frustrating. Too many contractors involved.

I don't think they used the installation kit I purchased. Instead I have a flimsy plastic hose. Doesn't drain properly. Puddles of water inside. Bad odor.

The 2 men installing dishwasher were wonderful. The are a credit to the company.

This was the third dishwasher we have had in this house and have had numerous other things installed. This was the worst experience we have ever had in 20 years. The installer was inexperienced to say the least. Pretty much anything that could go wrong did go wrong and we are still cleaning up the mess. He forgot things, screwed on hoses wrong, ruined the dishwasher door, and ruined our floor. Not to mention had water spraying into basement. Best Buy is doing a great job of making things right by getting us a new dishwasher and insurance is paying for damage but we will be more cautious about using installers in the future.

The installers left a mess and couldn't connect the waterline because the water hose was too short. They should carry a longer one as a backup to complete the installation, instead of making me call customer support and start the process all over again. It's too much hassle!

So I bought a dishwasher and I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be installed. Installers were nice, but I tried to use the dishwasher for the first time it said the water line was kinked. Calling Best Buy to get service people out to fix it was a joke. After 4 times calling them all I knew is they were supposed to call me the night before it was supposed to be installed with a tentative date. I never got a call and had to leave work to come have it fixed. Turns out that the first installers didn’t put the water line he in the right places and damaged the water line. Next time I’ll install it myself and pick it up.

The dishwasher does not operate as intended. The install was on the 7th and now i must wait until the 10th to have a tech trouble shoot the issue.

My local Best Buy contracts with a company that doesn't care about people's schedules. This installation is currently supposed to occur between 6pm and 8 pm on a Friday night, and I have NOT received any calls informing me that they are still on their way. I pretty much have decided that I will NEVER again purchase any appliance from a company that clearly doesn't care about customer service.

I’m still getting estimates from the water damage caused from my install. It was the most unprofessional, and sloppy, install I’ve ever seen. The installer broke two valves, flooded my kitchen and game room, and broke my faucet. Just from a dishwasher install. I never received my refund from the install, and had to turn the claim into my homeowners. They are now fighting it out with Best Buy insurance. Video everything is what I recommend! Because they “Best Buy” will deny they were at fault.

The first dishwasher was delivered, but could not be installed due to missing parts. I finally cancelled that order and went with a different brand. Both appointments got cancelled because there was no dishwasher! I went with a different company and my new dishwasher is being installed right now.

Have to wait three weeks for another appointment. TV has snow 40% of the time and Sound Bar doesn't work. Locked at certain volume. Have to use TV sound with Samsung remote.

The installers did not install the dishwasher correctly. They did not put the kick plate on. They installed the brackets that hold the racks upside down! Left debris from the packaging all over the floor. Had to have another team of installers repair their work!!

The contractors … XBO or whatever they are called are terrible!! They’ve been out twice & have not fixed our problem… which was an issue they caused. They hooked up a new dishwasher & said we needed a new valve. They charged us $70 & then we didn’t have any water pressure in the sink where valve was placed! I’m very frustrated at their response. They said some rude remarks on speakerphone. Brody, CJ are 2 names?? Please someone call me so I can get this issue resolved!!

Waited over a month to have it installed! Tried calling the store but call answered overseas and unable to make them understand what I wanted. It’s unbelievable that a nationwide chain does not have a way for a customer to contact the local store .

Everytime I turn on the dishwasher, the body moves with the washing and makes it unsightly. I would like to request the installer to please return and complete the installation
