Generally pleased with installation except for a noise in opening/closing door; install team then were prompt and gracious in correcting that one install misstep.

These guys were awesome! The old dishwasher was very difficult to take out because of very tight space, but they took their time and made it! Installed new one, no issues. Very kind and patient with my parents, who were worried the machine wouldn't fit.

Dishwasher is quiet and works great! We used Best Buy for installation and that was great too!

Initial installation didn't work. Second installation had seen the problem before and corrected it. New garbage disposal had been installed and knock-out had not been removed preventing the dishwasher from draining. Once corrected everything worked fine.

The team who installed my Dishwasher were very professional and friendly. They took the time to show me all of the features on the dishwasher and cleaned up the site when they were finished.

Our installation guys showed up on time and were extremely courteous and patient. They took the time to look over our set up and let us know we needed an additional Bosch hook up kit. Though this was a little extra money, it was necessary to ensure proper hookup and operation. They had a little trouble fitting the new dishwasher into the space but they took their time to avoid damaging any of the cabinets. Overall, a great experience with the installers.

The guys were super. Very efficient and did a great job. They were very careful and cleaned everything up. Als9 made sure we knew how to operate the Dishwasher before they left. We would highly recommend the installation, so much better than us trying to do it now we are a “bit more mature” shall we say.

Technicians arrived on time. Removal of old dishwasher and Installation of new one were done carefully and skillfully. Techs were courteous, completed work and then gave instruction on best cycles and best times to use to make sure dishes, etc. were cleanest and utility charges were lowest.

The dishwasher was installed quickly and it works perfectly.

My product installation was outstanding. The installation team showed up early (with my permission) and carried out their work in a very professional manner. They explained their work and provided tips related to installing the appliances. I would highly recommend my installation team for anyone requiring expert installation.

My old one was installed prior to the tile being installed, which meant the first guy came and could not remove the dishwasher, so no luck. Kind of thought he should be able to do a small amount of demo like this, but he's paid to remove and install. I had to chip out the tile to make room, and rescheduled for a later date. The next crew came in and was able to get the old one out and new one in, and functioning in about 2 hours.

Installer Oscar Sanchez called me and gave me 10 minutes advance notice of his arrival. He did come within the previously promised 4-hour window. Mr. Sanches arrived, immediately uninstalled our 15 year old dish washer, cleaned up some minor existing plumbing issues, and then installed the new dishwasher. No issues - he knew exactly what to do at each step. He was very personable, but also very business-like.

It was installed in working order, but it was not level, so the towel bar jutted out way beyond the adjoining cabinets. With a phone call, we made a date for them to send a new service person, who fixed the levelers in the back/bottom. Perfect! We are thrilled with the dishwasher. The way it's been designed with 3 levels is fantastic. And the rotating water spouts, at the upper level, assure that every thing is cleaned to our satisfaction.

The installation team was absolutely fantastic. Very organized, knowledgeable, efficient and immaculate.. They actually cleaned up after themselves. The best we have had at our home. Even the supervisor was there. Never had that happen before. Just great !

This Bosch runs so quietly that I need to look at the bottom right side of the door for the red light to know its running. The extra dry button doesn't seem to make much difference (water left in divots of dishes). This dishwasher cleans the dishes thoroughly and I would buy it again.

The workman installing the dishwasher was top notch. He checked everything twice, cleaned up afterwards and even took the time to give us a tutorial of how our new dishwasher worked.

Overall I think this dishwasher is an excellent product. It is quite and cleans well. My only criticism is that it does not hold much if you wash pots and bowls in a load.
