Not user friendly. Large or small bowls do not fit unless it takes one quarter of the rack space. Keep slots uniform to accommodate more items

Terrible experience, Installers are likely third-party, they know what needs to be done but do not come fully prepared. Had to reschedule. Second tech shows up, different from the first, does subpar job, appliance fell over after 1 week of use. Paid money out of pocket for better hardware and finished install myself.

Initial dishwasher was installed by "good ole boys' who arrived in a pick up truck, the dishwasher wasn't even in a box. It took them over 2 hours to remove our old dishwasher and install the new one. To top it off, the dishwasher was faulty and was not installed properly. Best Buy offered to replace the dishwasher but the second installation was a big headache - the installers never showed up despite us checking several times with Best Buy. Third time was the charm. Sad part, Best Buy has refused to compensate us for wasting an entire day waiting for someone to show up.

Best Buy hires a 3rd party to do their installation. Our dishwasher was never installed at all because the company they outsourced did such a poor job hooking up our refrigerator washer and dryer. The refrigerator was dented in the installation process and they hooked up the hot line to the cold and the cold line to the hot on the washer. The dryer gas line was not tightened properly and we had a slow leak.

Buyer beware. 3rd party delivery guy was wearing a GoPro. Was he recording the inside of my home? I don’t know. I was never asked permission nor was I told told he was/wasn’t recording. Also didn’t appreciate them not speaking English while I was there for 98% of the time. I called Best Buy cares and they saw it as an issue and I was told they are not allowed to do that. But not expecting a resolution.

The dishwasher was broken when they installed it. The installer said they would order a new one. After 3 weeks I called to check on the new one and it had not even been ordered. Now the new one is on back order until the end of December. I first placed my order in August. Every day I get a recorded phone message asking me to schedule my installation. Terrible and frustrating.

1. I received the wrong time frame for delivery and installation 2. Installer didn’t speak English at all 3. He took my functioning dishwasher and left me with a now one that he wasn’t able to install 4. Customer service didn’t do anything about this for a few days

We were left with our dishwasher not fitting properly due to a piece of wood adjacent to our cabinets. We were told we now need to call in a carpenter to finish. Not what we were hoping for with our installation.

Improper installation. 2 weeks after installation washer starts failing with drainage error codes. BestBuy refers us to manufacturer. Service tech comes out, looks at dishwasher: - Improperly installed water feed line - Cheap water feed line they often see fail Now I need to figure out how to get best buy customer service to handle this, though I dont see anything other than a review entry for this service.

Horrible, the guy put it in not level. I had to ask him to redo. He got kinda huffy. I asked him to come look. He okay. I will fix. Not a good installation.

Because technician had to put in a 110 outlet for the dishwasher I had to pay an extra 75.00 which I wasn't expecting or told about. Original plug was hardwired in and couldn't be used.

Long story short: Never got the call to let me know of my four hour delivery window. Then given the excuse that the installer had an emergency (after I contacted BBY). Forced a rescheduled appointment on me. Then a week later, more of the same. Installer wasn't bad... didn't have a wet/dry vacuum incase of water spills (its a dishwasher install) so, when water was just pooling on my wood floors, I had to clean it up. I'm less then confident that the installation was done to spec. If it leaks in the future, there is no recourse for the installer or BBY. I get left holding the "wet" bag.

I could not be more disappointed with the installation of my dishwasher! I was warned by both friends and family to use a local licensed plumber but I chose the less expensive route. These plumbers not only wired the unit wrong, but they left wires exposed, uncovered, and placed my home and 8 children at risk of a fire. Less importantly, they never installed the flap at the bottom properly and did not even know what if was for. I had to get my REAL plumber to install it again once he saw how poorly it was wired by the Best Buy contracted installers. UGH

The first installation team sent clearly had no idea how to install a under the sink dishwasher. Ultimately after over an hour, they ended up putting my old dishwasher back (without securing it to the cabinets) after declaring that the new one was "damaged." The 2nd installer was done in 30 minutes without any issues. Save the headache and hire a professional to install your dishwasher.

Guys reinstalled our dishwasher, and now our electrical panel is not working properly. The dishwasher keeps turning off mid cycle and starting over. I've been on the phone for an hour while best buy is looking for the order and telling me to call samsung. Best buy installers broke our dishwasher, it's not samsung's fault.

The guys who came to install my dishwasher well they broke peace under sink where dishwasher drain hooked into sink but they did replace them left wet towels under sink and it still was leaking called best buy got connected to the department i needed got told they couldn't make appointment to come out fix problem asked to talk to supervisor got put on hold for about hour and then disconnected so i had to fix leaks myself

They use a third party installer ours tried to sell us an "installation kit". basically the way they described it they would attach a plug and outlet box to the incoming line and a power cord to the dishwasher to plug it in for a discounted price of $100. As soon as I questioned the ratings of the cord outlet and box they said it was not needed.

Delivery team arrived, and immediately stated that they would not be able to install due to the presence of PVC plumbing. Relatively new home with plumbing that is up to code. Best Buy truly disappointed on this one and we felt completely ripped off.

Took three attempts for the install and only finished when I got someone to finish the install.
